We still had several hundred miles left ahead of us on a Sunday evening. Lewis Murray Tire appeared closed, but we decided to give them a quick call (the signs said 24/7 service) and were connected to the nicest woman who promised to get someone down to the shop within the hour. She personally arrived with David who got our tire patched and helped us get on our way safely. Probably a little pricy for the late night service but worth every penny to avoid getting the donut spare put on by AAA! I had mentioned a pinion seal leak. when David checked, it was 2 pints low. This after another shop was paid to fill it and told me it had been filled. Tire Mart charged me next to nothing compared to the trust I have and have had in them servicing my truck. Only the oil. They have always done quality work for me. Our car overheated with coolant everywhere, left the car there. It took them 3 days and they replaced the busted hose but they did Not investigate further. As a result we got stranded after 10 miles. Back to Tire Mart so they can see what happened. He said they tested the radiator (for blockage) three times and "it's not the radiator ", then insisted to keep it to "figure it out" again. It remained three for over 2 weeks with excuses such as : "we don't have enough mechanics" and "we tested everything and it's Ok". We felt helpless but we're not fools. After recommending to them to conduct a "pressure test " for the radiator and to check sensor and the water pump, their answer was that everything "seems Ok". Really??? We had the vehicle rolled back to Broward county, into the Nissan Dealership. We received an answer in 4 hours, it was the radiator. They said it's not only "blocked" but it was "rusted", along with the thermostat. These are things that they can see if they truly conducted the tests. I DO NOT trust them and I know I was lied to.

The front desk didn't know anything, booked me in to get my tires changed. I was having tires swapped off of one set of rims and installed on my current ones (I almost got bored just writing that) David (not Dave, Dave is a nickname and nicknames are for friends and David is no friend of mine) was rude and lazy, found excuses on top of excuses as to why he didn't want to change my tires. The chief excuse was that my rear and front rims were different sizes? You scared of numbers buddy? Numbers freak you out? "Tire and service" more like "wasted my time and no service" More like "David and excuses" I hope at the end of eternity when we all ultimately face God and account for our lives, that David sees images of me and my different sized rims and tires, as he quakes at the weight of judgement. I hope this comment makes some traction and some Walmart executives can see it, but judging by y'all's tire installation, much like my car there will be no traction. Godbless
