I had two packages delivered while I was at work. One is missing! I am furious! The very least they could have done is put everything back the way it was. I'm told the boss will be here tomorrow. I'm beyond mad. They should not have to use anything of mine to help in their work. I bought my umbrella for my enjoyment not to help A Best Roofing put up a new roof. Barely any spoke English. One did however try to use translator on his phone to communicate with me. I do appreciate his efforts. 1) the roofers could have asked the office to contact me on using my umbrella. They didn't. 2) I had two packages delivered and one is missing! They were the only ones in my courtyard and it's gone! I might change my review after talking with their boss. Right now if I could give zero stars. Their manager did come back and agreed to make things right. The package that ended up missing he agreed to reimburse me the $35. In speaking with the manager he informed me that a letter was sent to me. I didn't receive it. Could be the issue of a mail carrier putting it in the wrong mailbox. Mishaps do occur and a good nights sleep calmed my attitude. I've changed my review from 1 star to 5 star because the manager and the workers this morning did everything to make it right.

The staff and Greg himself have repeatedly been pleasant to deal with, professional and have fostered a positive business relationship. I have always had timely return communication as well. We have worked together from a distance, but his staff and his personal demeanor have fostered positive relations. I recognize that despite the fact that the Lawn Care Service business community is one that has mostly very well-intentioned people, there are questionable companies and service levels. Unfortunately there are always a minority of businesses that are not diligent about maintaining appointments. My experience has been that Partners Lawn Care has demonstrated a consistent focus and priority towards paying attention to how they treat people and definitely care about what their reputation is with customers and business partners. As 30 year senior project manager red flags abounded - lead random stating couple of hundred dollars for that dig and few more for several others. $290 charged after stoppage of work. I spent remainder time of day correcting the mess they left. Holes in yard were not required to cap a sprinkler head :( Highly do not recommend.

A plumber showed up and told me that the slab and tile would have to be busted up and he could not complete the work that day and would schedule the repair the following Thursday. He claimed it was a big repair and would take some time- he told me it was cost $2440.00 When Thursday came- Aspen Plumbing sent 2 different plumbers out to make the repair. They arrived at 9:30 am. They said they needed to go to the plumbing supply to get more material for the job. They were gone 1 hour. They made the repair and left at 12:30 pm. They spent a total of 2 hours making the repair and left. They did a good job and were very courteous; however, my problem is with the labor rate. I was led to think this job would take maybe all day the way the first plumber talked. The material they used did not cost over $50.00. That is a labor rate of over $1000 per hour- that is outrageous to me. In spite of their quick reply and doing a good job- I cannot recommend them with a positive review. I feel this is a unethical business practice and they took advantage of the situation.
