I have been very pleased not only with the wide range of their services, but also the quality and consistency of their work. Customer service is excellent. They are always very responsive to any of my many questions or concerns. I highly recommend Ryan Lawn & Tree to anyone who desires to have a beautiful yard. I started using Ryan last year. At the beginning when my business was new, they were available to expeditiously address all my questions and concerns. This year I wanted to discuss adding backyard and decrease treatments (go to maintenance) for front yard, so I specifically requested, several times, a call to discuss before any 2023 services were rendered. In response I received a text stating "can do". Next Ryan action was to apply the first 2023 treatment (performed by "can do" person). After this I decided to cancel my business with Ryan (via phone, 20 minute holdtime). My yard did look better than last year, but if you've grown so large you now blatantly ignore customer communication you're not the company for me. read more

After spending $49,000+ with this company in the first year of service, two years later we have very little to show for it. They were slow to respond to customer concerns. They were repeated no-shows for scheduled work and meetings. When they did show for work they acted as if it was an imposition on them to actually earn their fees. They damaged our irrigation system due to their hasty and thoughtless efforts. They were not able to account for the work that they claimed to have done. Based upon our experience, it appears Ryan's accounting matters are handled from their corporate office in Kansas City. They were almost always operating and invoicing based upon inaccurate information from the Ryan location in Broken Arrow, OK. Simply stated, Ryan Lawn & Tree in Broken Arrow was this consumer's worst nightmare. Frankly, they do not even deserve one star. read more

I used Ryan Lawn & Tree to repair a leak in my sprinkler system. I had got a quote from my regular repair guy ($350) but he was out of town on vacation for a couple of weeks. I called Ryan Lawn & Tree and they came out, I did not get a quote (that's on me) and let them fix it. The bill was $525. They never sent me a full invoice for the job. The invoice they sent had the date, I60 Repair and $525. I should have fixed it myself or waited for my guy to come back. Then a week later and the part they replaced broke and sprayed water all over the yard for 2 or 3 hours. They did come out and fix that for free though. I also asked for a quote (the same day as the repair) for their lawn week and fertilizer treatment, their quote was $507.15 for a year. After I got the bill for the repair, I called someone else. Their quote was $346.60. So I definitely would shop around before using this company. Also, if you call the main number they answer but the local office never answers their phone, you always have to leave a message. They usually call you back within 2-4 hours. So if you need it quickly they are not the place to call. read more

I have used Ryan Lawn & Tree for a few years now, and couldn't be happier with their service. The entire team is top notch, from the service techs to the office staff. They take care of my irrigation issues, lawn fertilization, tree & shrub trimming, and insect & disease control. They not only show up on time, but I typically get a call the night before, confirming that they will be there the next day. I had a tree removed recently, and they were very careful not to harm the surrounding plants in the process. They take great pride in their work, and I take great pride in the appearance of my yard. We have used them for over 15 years for fertilizing services for our lawn. Recently they repaired and adjusted our irrigation system and planted trees at our new home . I am fairly new to Broken Arrow and have searched for someone that could provide high quality lawn and landscaping service. After a few disappointments with other services, I came across Ryan Lawn and Tree. It was a great decision to hire them for our lawn and landscaping needs. They are professional, punctual and extremely knowledgeable in the service they provide. I needed some dying trees removed and shrubs placed in place of the trees (in a garden by our patio), among other yard projects. They took the time to explain what needed done and did it in a timely manner without making a mess in the process. The yard looked great when they were done! They take care of my grass, expertly cut down a large oak tree, planted and trimmed shrubs, placed mulch in my flower beds and handle my irrigation sprinkler system.
