He was on time, did excellent work from an impressive setup, stayed in the estimate and was just an all-around nice guy. We had Jose, a week and a half ago, come clean are driveway, sidewalk and small patio by the pool and he was done within an hour and a half with fantastic results. Before he left he pointed out some problems I had on my roof and gutters/grain spouts which could fall at any minute on someone walking to the pool. I was dreading fixing this for a long time because I knew it would be very pricey. He showed me pictures. He showed me videos and then gave me a quote, for if I wanted to get the job done at a later date.
