He was on time, did excellent work from an impressive setup, stayed in the estimate and was just an all-around nice guy. We had Jose, a week and a half ago, come clean are driveway, sidewalk and small patio by the pool and he was done within an hour and a half with fantastic results. Before he left he pointed out some problems I had on my roof and gutters/grain spouts which could fall at any minute on someone walking to the pool. I was dreading fixing this for a long time because I knew it would be very pricey. He showed me pictures. He showed me videos and then gave me a quote, for if I wanted to get the job done at a later date. I was so impressed with his initial work and the quote he gave, I took a leap of faith and decided to go with JJ Gutters Power Wash for my Roof and Gutter problem. Jose was the most transparent and honest person I have ever meet. I asked many questions along the way and did a lot of research which brought even more and more questions in regards to my roof. Every time, Jose listened to my suggestions and explained why something would or would not work. He worked with me every step of the way until I was comfortable with every detail. And yes, I was that client that wanted to know every detail. Today, Jose and his team proved to be highly professional and easy to work with. His crews had excellent attention to detail and they also cleaned up after finishing the job, which was greatly appreciated. They were punctual, completed the jobs as promised, and the quality of their work was beyond excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with how my roof and gutters turned out. Sometimes you come across situations that you wish a super hero would come and solve all your problems. I truly feel that Jose was my super heroes because he was able to make my house like new. I feel very blessed that God put him in my path. Honesty is very hard to find in most people these days. But you will find it in Jose. I now have a house that is like new. If you want quality work, excellent communication, and ease of mind, hire Build Pros. We originally wanted to have our microwave vented out (rather than circulating air and grease in the kitchen) and add a second banister to the stairs to the basement to make them more safe for our growing toddler. We were also considering having our spare basement bathroom remodeled. The bathroom really wasn't very functional because it was built in pieces (so the gross tiny stall shower wasn't even in the bathroom). That was a big job, and we wanted to get a quote for all three pieces. The first two jobs were too small on their own, so we hired Build Pros for all three. They were amazing to work with, and the work they did was the highest of quality. The team was extremely communicative, and we always knew when they were coming, what they were doing next, and what to expect. Their spreadsheet system made it really easy for everyone to keep track of what we had selected, costs, etc. They helped us a ton with design decisions, made recommendations when appropriate, and made sure we were happy with absolutely everything before moving forward. Our house stayed unbelievably clean, given the level of work they were doing, throughout the process. Mike and Rouben were fantastic at reimagining the layout of our bathroom, taking all of our priorities into consideration. John, their carpenter, is a master. We went way over budget, but a lot of that was my fault. I wanted a bathroom that was functional, but the more we talked and designed, the more I realized we actually could get a really *nice* bathroom that wasn't just functional, but high end. They did a bunch of other random things in the area too. We just were so happy with their work, and they were already there, so we asked them to fit in a few small things and they were awesome in getting those done too (adding a couple outlets in the adjacent home gym, replacing our outdoor water spigots, etc.). We are extremely happy with the final products. We even had a water problem shortly after they finished. They fixed it swiftly with no charge. It might have been a part issue or a labor issue, and so in the beginning it was unclear whether we were going to have to pay for repairs right away. I would have been very disappointed if they had charged us, and have all the more confidence in them since they fixed it and stood by the work and warranty. The only real negative was that sometimes when we had to make a decision, and the team gave us a quick "off the cuff" estimate about how much a few different options would cost, the estimate was really a fair amount lower than estimated. That contributed to some of our cost increase, but in the end I think we would have made the same decisions regardless. We're extremely happy with the final products. We even hired them again and they're starting work at my mother-in-laws house this week! I'm already dreaming of putting an addition on our house in the future, and we will hire them absolutely if/when we do this.

Had a roof done less than 2 years ago. Have a warranty and now have a couple small areas that are…read morewarping and pulling up. Have called, left messages, sent emails, keep getting the same answer "someone will call within 24 to 48 hours". Never got a call back. Paid a higher price thinking I would get a better product and better support. The roof was done quickly and seems to be a good product, but the support is absolutely terrible... Better off elsewhere...can't recommend them with such poor follow up. FOLLOW UP: After posting this review, they came out and saw the issue and said they would be back to fix it. A few days later a couple guys came out, ripped off the warping shingles and replace them. I will give it a couple days to settle in and post new pictures of the repair. For now I will up their rating to 3 stars, still a little perturbed that it took a negative review to get a response, but if the repair is good, I will be fair and update it again. As promised...follow up...the repairs seem decent and, after a struggle, they fulfilled their end of the deal, so i will give them 4 stars . Thank you for finally getting the job done.

Be very careful of Cedar Valley Exteriors. They promise you a new roof and that they will get your…read moreinsurance to pay for it. But they do not do roofing; they help with insurance claims then they out source the roof job to a different company. Colton and Ernesto of Cedar Valley Exteriors (CVE) came to my property with a company truck and assured me that they are a long standing roofing company. After filing the claim, then they disappeared for several months with intermittent contact just to assure me that the extra time was to find and get the best roofing product for me and my roof. When the estimate was finally completed four months after the claim was opened, and the job should be scheduled, no schedule came; only a request for tens of thousands of dollars as a down payment. I was feeling uncomfortable with this process and the company (CVE) who I learned knows little about roofing and especially about cedar roofs, of which I have. So I canceled. I understand that this was a blow to them so I gave the sales rep, Colton, $750.00 for his time and drone work because I felt that he had been counting on the job. Within days I received an invoice for a $20,000 estimate-cancelation fee from them. I also received texts and phone calls from the other guy Ernesto even though I told him I would keep my communications with Colton. Ernesto kept pinging my phone which I began to see as harassment. Also, I sold Colton a $20 product from my own home business and he said he would Venmo me for it, but he didn't. When I brought that up, he said he's not paying me because I "stiffed" him. No pulled permit, no materials ordered, no work done, no start date, and I gave the kid $750.00 for his time. I apologized a lot too because I felt so bad about canceling but I don't trust their roofing. I do not believe the representatives of CVE are honest or informed and look what happens when you cancel.
