Secondly, they double check (cross check) their work and ensure that their clients are getting the best return. I had done earlier year tax return through H&R block. FA/CTS did my 2014 tax return in a fashion similar to my earlier year's H&R return. I signed the documents and told them to efile. I also made the payment. But the next day FA/CTS informed that they have changed the way how we had claimed my wife's tuition. The change helped us to save around 1000 USD.
