Robyn took one look, rolled up her sleeves, and worked tirelessly until that number dropped all the way down to $114. I left her a message on a Sunday, and by Monday at 3:30 I was sitting in her office. She stayed with me straight through until 8:30 that night, even during a monsoon storm outside, never once losing her patience or showing frustration, even though my file was a complete mess thanks to TurboTax. Yes, it cost me $850 to have her fix everything (on top of the $350 I had already wasted on TurboTax), but I would pay her fee a hundred times over before I'd ever give the IRS $7,300. Robyn is worth every penny. Her professionalism, dedication, and kindness blew me away. TurboTax will never advise you, correct you, or fight for you the way Robyn will. Despite this clear request, Micamp had continued to debit our bank account without authorization. Iagain contacted customer serviceonAugust 7, 2025, to inquire as to why charges were still occurring. Since that date, I have had multiple conversations withAdam Meinerregardingthis matter, yet the unauthorized withdrawals have continued. I have been assured the account was canceled in March but Micamp has only refunded one month of the unauthorized debit of funds. A total of $1,383.50 was debited and $184.50 was returned. Micamp still owes $1,199.00. As a small business closing out our accounts we need every cent we can get to resolve our accounts. I have communicated with AdamMeiner, Doug Moley and finally Sean Hooleyhan, who said he would call me back in September but never followed through. Letters have been sent to the president with no response as well.

We used MiCamp Solutions for our CC processing until I received a call on…read more Friday June 20th 2025 at approximately 5 pm end of business day from a Doug Morley telling me that our CC machine had been hacked and needed to be shut down. I was out of town at time and called my office to let them know that we had no CC machine available for business day Saturday 6/21/25. Doug told me to call him on Monday to discuss which I did and he was unavailable to take my calls. I was passed to several people in office and was assigned to an Allie Taubman who explained to me that someone called MiCamp and pretended they were me on June 18th 2025 asking for our banking to be changed? I received no call or email regarding this change ? Our credit card receipts from June 18 th till June 20th 2025 totaling were $13,748.12 and to this day we have not received our funds. +9 months later. The hacker that Mi Camp let switch our bank account to theirs not only took our $13,748.12 but also ran stolen CC 's thru our machine totaling over a $140k. We could not see on our end that anything but our own receipt charges. Why were we not notified on Wednesday 6/18/26. Our daily receipts total between 5k and 10k . Did a $140k charge not raise a red flag with Mi Camp? Anyway MiCamp told us that we had to open a new account so they can deposit our funds into our bank . 9 months later at $109 a month we have still not received our funds now totaling 14,729.12 with the 9 months paying to open another account. MiCamp then claims that they did not change our banking to a hacker but their Parent company Fiserv did. Well we signed up with MiCamp not Fiserv as a matter of fact never heard of Fiserv till now. Allie told me that Fiserv went after bank of hacker and funds were returned to all the CC"s that were hacked but there was no money to fund us? Is it me or is there something wrong with picture. MiCamp and or Fiserv should be ashamed that our funds were never returned our company. About us: Our company is PK Walsh Hair Solutions for Women. We are a 43 year old 2nd generation family business. We specialize in women's hair loss. Women come into to our specialty salon usually devastated that their losing their hair and we make them feel whole again with one of our hair solutions. All of the Boston area hospitals including Dana Farber send their Cancer patients to us as with Chemo they will lose their hair. When a client walks in our Salon our goal is to be sure before they leave that they are happy and look as natural to the point no one would know they are wearing a wig. It's a very gratifying job to be able to make people smile again. So 9 months later our funds have never been given back to us. A 2nd generation family business who does nothing but help people in need. I gave MiCamp the benefit of doubt (9 months) that they would give us our funds but they have no intention of doing so even though they are the ones that let a hacker change our banking without even checking with us to be sure this wasn't fraud . Also I tried to cancel the 2nd account that they told me to open so they could return our fund for 3 months. They still kept taking $109 a month out even after telling them 3 times to stop. Finally yesterday my bank shut them down. Reading several other reviews I see other company's have been going thru same with MiCamp. 43 years in business never had a problem with CC processing or someone giving out our info till MiCamp.
