What impressed me right away was how communicative he was and howhe kept me updated on his timing and arrival so I wasn't left wondering. It gave me time to walk down to the grocery before he arrived. When he arrived, he almost magically got the door open using my existing key. But what truly set him apart was what happened next. Instead of just unlocking the door and leaving, he took the time to figure out why it had jammed in the first place. The opening where the lock connected was slightly too small, causing it to stick. At no additional charge, he carefully filed it down to prevent the issue from happening again in the future. That level of care and professionalism is rare. The address is south Indy now. By the time I arrived, I had been driving for an hour. The guys were so friendly and welcoming. Got into my lock in about 10 minutes and didn't charge me because I had so much trouble finding them, having gone to the old location fist. That is great customer service!
