Office told contract installers to cut my wall to make the wrong door fit. They took weeks to get the next door that leaked water underneath and around the door knob. They returned 3 times to fix last person was mgr for the installers who said Ma'am we will replace it if it leaks again. BS! August - sent new door knob, put caulk in the hole before the new knob. Sales guy stated he would be my POC if there were any concerns but like the song Go on take the money and run pathetic employees and service What kind of 5 year old makes this decision Well now it has been winter and the could air comes in around the windows and I could just leave the door open and have same protection DO NOT use Window Nation - do it yourself with Duct tape and caulk or just remove doors and windows still better off yep!

She was polite, competent and provided me with what I needed not what I thought I wanted and saved me over 50% of the cost. I have done business with them in the past and have consistently found them to be helpful and friendly.
