She encourages her to make her appointment before she leaves. The young lady checks out the two women in front of me and when I walk up to pay, she looks over to the left where the white woman was standing and told me to give her a moment. Are you kidding me! Then you have to be transferred to the Suwanee office after you talk with that Rep. I do not like this. Well today I called and had an emergency and needed a referral right away for surgery. The lady I spoke to was named Daily. At least that is what she told me. She was very rude. Kept me on the phone at least 15 min and had an attitude. The phone was silent. I kept asking her was she there. No answer. Then when she did answer she was rude. I kept telling her I needed to speak with that office please transfer me. She kept typing ignoring what I was saying to her. When she decided to transfer me on her time it was 15 min of waiting. She was rude ,and uncaring. I asked for her name and I told her she was rude. She did not care. Did not even care how I felt on the other end. I guess she is there only for a paycheck and it is sad. She did not go out of her way to do anything. but once I was transferred a lady named Darrienn helped me and this lady was sent from God. So sweet so kind. Understood my frustration and went out of her way to help get my referral sent over. I told her I appreciate her and people like her. I can tell she really loves not only her job but cares about people the patients. I pray she will get a good raise one day because this lady was awesome. So the ending was a great experience for me. If you are looking for a primary doctor for your or your parents, this is not the office. They just denied service to my mother because the office manager does not want to miss her lunch time. They are intransigent and rude. You can have the best product/service, but if you offer a horrible customer service, you'll be out of business soon! Please send these group of unprofessionals to intensive training or recruit a new team that really care about patients. Your front desk staff can say a lot about your practice.
