They may ask if they can send a "couple" of labs but they have the choice to send 20, 30, or as many labs as they want no matter how much they cost and YOU WILL pay for it! I don't understand how they get away with this!!! It's none of your business how many labs they're going to request or how much they cost! It's only your business to pay for it even without a statement explaining what you're even paying for!!! This is by far the worst, most crooked medical facility, I've ever been to in my life!!!

This place is a medical clinic as you all know. You can either use them as a Primary care…read morephysician, or for those of you that may be on Social Security Disability, this is the clinic that they use. Either if you're filing for Social Security disability or you have a review of your case and they need more info, this is most likely the place where they will send you to. As my visit was ok, I felt that it took too long in my opinion. My appointment was at 2, I got there at 1:50. Had to answer a bunch of questions on the tablet but not all of them as they will tell you that you don't have answer them all. They finally called me back there at 2:45. Took my Xrays, and documented my medications. So this portion took about 30 minutes. Now I had to wait on the main doctor to come see me in the room. That took about 25 to 30 minutes before he arrived. He gave me some little physical tests then I was finally done. I finally walked out of there at 4:00.

I am extremely disappointed in this facility as it relates to sleep study testing. I came in for a…read moresleep study. I live with someone who is extremely ill and asked all staff if they would wear a mask in the room while attending to me. They agreed, but proceeded to not wear a mask the entire visit. I currently use a CPAP and explained this multiple times in preparation for the study. They explained that my referral was written for a diagnostic study, and I would not be put on a CPAP unless there was an emergency. In the middle of the night, I struggled to breathe and woke up out of my sleep, gasping for air multiple times. This is expected as I have extremely bad sleep apnea. I explained to the technician what was happening. She simply shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know. I can tell she had just woken up herself. This is not my first sleep study. In the past when I struggled to breathe, they put me on a CPAP is an intervention. I have a neurological condition that makes me extremely light sensitive. At the end of the study, she turns on bright fluorescent lights at 4:50 AM and tells me it's time to go. She says that I will need to come back to re-do the study because I never got in a deep enough sleep. She then proceeds to give me a paper to rate my experience. It's hard to get into a deep sleep when you can't breathe. As professionals they should've recognized that. This honestly feels like a ruse to get more money from my insurance company. Now I will have to look for another provider and complete this study all over again.

My situation is complicated and nerve wracking due to past head and neck cancer. Dr. Malik listened to me and gave me a very comprehensive exam. I'm always very anxious in dental situations. The diagnose was full covered by insurance, but of course, not the 3D. On top of that they charge $275 for it!!! I asked to NOT have the 3D RX, just a local RX and I was denied. They prefer to NOT take you call AT ALL, and loose everything, instead of working with you and do their proper job! This was ONLY the receptionist call, she did not talk with anyone in the office. She can do that call w/o asking any medical advice. Avoid like a black plague this business!!!

When I called to make an appointment they were able to see me within the hour. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The doctor was also very personable and had a great bedside manner. I will most definitely be returning in the future.
