My experience making the appointment and service at the front desk was adequate. I'm not a…read morecomplainer and am sensitive to the fact that customer service has suffered since the pandemic so I give people a lot of slack. I was there because I needed to go help my brother (who is fighting cancer) so I wanted to make sure my cold symptoms were not covid or some other issue that could endanger my immune-compromised brother. My medical care was great - the nurse who took my vitals, and Hannah who actually performed the tests, were outstanding. The problem is the QR code they gave me to scan so I could get the results never worked. I learned during the visit that I was not positive for Covid, but all of the other results were supposed to be available the next day via a scan, but they weren't. I called the office and they said wait another day, so I did. After that, I revisited the site of the URL daily for weeks, and left many phone messages and a couple of emails but never heard back.. Today I got the bill for that treatment. I understand mistakes happen regarding the URL for the test results, but there is no excuse for not getting back to me. I will ultimately pay the bill so they don't ding my credit rating, but it will leave a very bad taste in my mouth. -- I've now updated this review from 2 to 3 stars. The business owner reached out to me (after I copied my Yelp review to their website) and has resolved the billing issue. I'll still not get the test results, but at least they've taken care of what they can.

This caused extreme hives 3 days later. When I went on Google that these drugs are related. I even told the woman that I had allergies to Ceftin type drugs. Returned on 7.7.26, and the nurse said, "Oh my God! You look a lot worse!" The new employee tried to prescribe hydrocortisone which I'm allergic to. And when I said Prednisone helped in the past with allergies, she could care less. Today on my bank account I see a charge for $120 from Peachtree Immediate Care. I will contest this with my bank. I am in the process of writing a demand letter that this immediate care facility reimburse me for the Kaiser Permanent visit and the meds for the week that they ruined my life. Every time I called the facility, no one was available. The only reason I went to this scummy place was because Kaiser was closed on July 3rd. Now Peachtree Immediate Care is destroying me financially in a matter of days. I will visit my bank tonight on the way home to contest this charge. No warning either. The only reason I returned to them on 7.7.26 was to let them know that they were involved in medical malpractice and what could they do for me? When I went to Kaiser on 7.10.26, I had to pay $203 for visit and the purchase of Epi-Pens, Prednisone, and Hyrdoxyzine (sp?). What a freakin' nightmare July was due to them. That was during my vacation weak.

Giving this Minite Clinic a 1 star for this specific visit with my daughter! Other visits were OK…read more My hubby took our daughter for an exam, get these wounds cleaned & a possible antibiotic perscription to keep infections away. The nurse checked her in the first room, asked questions & did her job. The nurse sent them to the 2nd room & the nurse basically looked at the burns, searched for an antibiotic perscription... when she couldn't find a perscription she turned around & said, "That will be $40", "Keep washing with water & keep ointment applied... have a good day." What the HELL?! She didn't touch my daughter, didn't ensure the burns were clean, certainly didn't attempt to wash anything herself & sent them on their way. Yes, I sent an email to corporate about this one!!! Side note: PLEASE be extra careful when using fireworks! Ttwas a total accident where it flew between my daughter's leg & her friend (who went to a different doctor who cleaned her up & per ascribed antibiotics). Both girls are fine, just shaken up! Could have been so much worse!!!! Stay safe! Koo

I usually recommend people to go to CVS for vaccine clinics and for COVID testing because of the…read moreMinuteClinic but that will not be something I do at this location. There's a PA or nurse practitioner there who yells at you as soon as you walk in. I'm from a loud family so normally I welcome yelling professionals. This medical professional yells and walks away while you're talking. She also slams the door on you while you're asking questions like "Can I make an appointment here?" Or "Do you have walk in appointments available?" She may be overworked and during these hard times she may also be underpaid. I just hope CVS starts paying her more and staffs this clinic better with all the ARP funding they've gotten. Until then I will stop sending community folks from my group there and will stick with my own family's screaming.
