A few months back a large truck had a blow out and my car was lucky enough to be behind it when it happened. another little chip came about shortly after and I decided I no longer wanted to view these issues and sought out a windshield repair company. Due to COVID and the effects on small businesses I made the decision to shop small and it was the wrong decision. They ended up cracking my windshield halfway across the whole glass due to improper technique during the repair. Fast forward to a friend recommending me to Bobby & Affordable Glass & Auto Repair! He came highly recommend and Safelite & my insurance quoted me $800 to replace due to the safety features and sensors on my vehicle. It was about a 5 minute phone call late in the afternoon on my way home from work & Bobby got me a quote & scheduled for a few days later! Fast forward to today! Bobby came out ahead of schedule (which worked great for me) we found out that he unfortunately ordered one that wouldn't work for my specific features in my vehicle. He was quick to get in touch with his supplier and get it corrected. He returned shortly with the correct one, in about an hour he was done! The whole tome he was very kind, sincere and thorough. He even changed all my stickers and such! I think Bobby did a great job and I had a wonder experience! Had a good experience with Affordable Mobile Glass! I would recommend them to anyone needing a mobile glass repair. I called on a Saturday to replace my car's driver side window. If he would have had the window in stock, he would have been able to do it that day, but we had to wait until Monday at 9am, which was fine. On Monday he arrived at my work parking lot on time and it only took less than 30 minutes. He was courteous and efficient. Will use him again if the need arises. Excellent service! read more

Our daughter's truck window was accidentally busted the night before a family vacation. I was able to coordinate the repair while across the US. Had a snag that was my fault but he still was able to get the truck fixed before we returned home. Avoid this company like the plague. They replace windshield on my 2014 F150 5 weeks later a crack started from below rubber bottom center of windshield. Called to have warranty was told over the phone with out coming to look that all cracks are caused by stone chips therefore the repair replacement would not be covered. Apparently if there was quality or warranty it ends when they drive away. Do not waste your money with this company. read more
