WARNING -- DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP I had been speaking with their salesperson for over a week and made it very clear that my credit is low and that I urgently need a car to work and take my child to medical treatment. They repeatedly assured me that I was approved and that the payment would be about $300 per month. When I arrived at the dealership, they aggressively pressured me to leave a deposit immediately. Trusting their word, I paid $4,500. Only AFTER taking my money did they suddenly change the terms and say the monthly payment would actually be $560 -- almost double what was promised. I refused the deal and requested my money back. Now it has been over 10 days, and they still have my money. They keep telling me to come back "tomorrow" for the refund. Each time I go, they ask for my card again, claim they processed the refund, and then nothing happens. I have already been there multiple times. Today I called my bank, and they informed me that the refund was canceled by the merchant. Meanwhile, my family has been without a car, my wife cannot work (she drives for Uber), and I am struggling to take my child to school and treatment because of this situation. This business uses bait-and-switch tactics, high-pressure sales, and delays refunds while holding your money hostage. Be extremely careful. After less than a month of having my car. I kept calling them to have my timing belt change. I kept being told they would call me back for 2 weeks straight. It came to the point where I went back there. Still they refused to change the timing belt because, according to them it wasn't broken. Even after the honda dealership stated it needed to be change. While I did have a good experience during the purchase process, their service when it comes to fixing thier cars suck. Poor and not reliable. read more

DO NOT buy a car here! They had a Milford office that sold me a car that required two serious repairs - a defective driver-side window, and worse, a bad left wheel bearing. It's a miracle I haven't gotten into a major accident. When I confronted them about it, they "attempted" repair and didn't actually fix it. I went back later when I could and the new mechanic said "Oh, we got rid of the last guy, he was useless." They then refused to fix my car. Almost two years later and I still have these issues that I can't afford because the payment is so high as it is. Now the Milford office is closed, though Bridgeport won't help me even though I signed all my paperwork in THEIR office. DO NOT go here unless you want to get royally screwed. I ran into another girl while I was waiting for someone to arrive at the office last year and she said they had given her the runaround as well. I was accepted and approved for credit and this dealer was the first that called me, so I went to see them and they were awesome and even made me a live commercial through Facebook and I happily did it they sold me a car that I fell in love with signed all the paperwork and after the next day when I was supposed to pick it up he tells me that they have to do a checkup and wash it for me so then he calls me to tell me that the credit company canceled the purchase because the credit company wanted a$2000.00 dollar down payment after I told them that I didn't have a down payment and that it was no problem. It broke my heart so I decided to call the credit company and they tell me that they never canceled and that I was approved, He lied to me and I thought he was an honest person but he just wanted the money even after I was approved. Do not trust this dealer they will lie to your face. I tried to call them because I thought it might have been a mistake but he never called me back. Horrible experience - they advertised a van for 6,900.00 and we called before we traveled 45 minutes to get there - we took a test drive in it and it was fine except door needed fixed and it looked like they painted over rust - when we pointed it out they said they could fix it - when we sat down to talk about price they did a bait and switch and wanted to change the price by 1,900 more and claimed they didn't know why the price was advertised at 6,900 - that is false and illegal advertising - they are very dishonest ! They claimed the correct price should be $8,900 and they wouldn't honor the price they advertised for $6,900. We are filing a complaint with the department of motor vehicles in Wethersfield - department of consumer protection says to file it with them. Do not go to this place for a car!!! read more

I purchased my car from them 4yrs ago and I should have gotten the hint from the begining that this place isnt trust worthy. I not only referred two people to them that ended up purchasing cars from them ( and they did mention that I referred them!), did not get the "referral money" and I went back to them a week later as they only supplied me with ONE key to the vehicle with a faulty key fob! I went to the manager and he said yes, sure we can help you with that. I went back a few days later as he requested but instead played the ignorant role and said he didnt remember our conversation. He suggested i just get me own key and key fob from one of the GM car dealerships. The man that sold me the car was no longer working there. When i took the car for an oil change two weeks later (even though i was told that was already done to the car) the mechanic (not from there) asked me when was the last time this car had been tuned up to which i responded that I had just purchased the car and they said they had done that. He showed me not only the oil but coolant (IT WAS BROWN!!!). This place not only over charges for the vehicles they sell but do not provide any decent to acceptable customer service! They act as if they are doing you a favor! I paid my hard earned money for this car and within the first year have replaced the water pump, alternator and four brakes as well as one caliper that the mechanic told me was failing, showed me the leaking seals. I have had to do what they should be doing as a so called reputable dealership. I would never do business with them again and would not recommend anyone else either.
