The biggest issue I had with this dealership was the way I was treated as a customer. Rather than feeling valued, I often felt dismissed when I asked questions or requested updates. Several interactions came across as rude and unprofessional, which made an already frustrating situation much worse. Service team is misleading females , acts like they are doing a favor then the actual bill doesn't match the discussion . Charged 2hrs for a 1hr job because it's what it called for not what it takes. I get their rate is $165 , but to bill a full hr for 1 shock change on a 2022 car with 50k is out of line . . It's two bolts & they charged to change the bolts and washers too ! Was given the impression the total bill was ~$700and change total, the charged $840. Never mentioned +tax in the discussion & tried to gaslight me ... horrible service department ! read more

He told me the next available service appointment was in a few weeks and gave me instructions on how to seal it up in the meantime. After explaining to Greg (admittedly not very nicely) that I live in a neighborhood terrorized by a reckless gang of raccoons and an extremely high volume of car burglaries, he told me I could bring it in immediately! Greg had my car inspected, ordered the necessary parts for repair, sent me home in a gratis loaner vehicle, had his service team repair my window and had me back in my Bronco Tuesday afternoon!! I was reading through some of the reviews and knew I needed to publish this. I purchased my brand new 2011 F250 from Park City Ford and I regularly bring it into PCF for service. Except for a couple of oil changes, tires and breaks I have done all my services there. I'm in right now for my 90k checkup. I am a 50+ year old who has been lucky enough to afford to purchase several new cars from lots of dealers including Volvo, Lexus, Toyota, Subaru and Mazda. I won't review any of them here but I will say that in all my experiences PCF ranks as one of the best overall experiences I have had working with a new car dealer. Every dealer is different both in style, attitude and just overall presence. I decided to trade in my almost new Lexus which was a disappointing vehicle and looked at the F250 and the GMC2500 back in 2011. Why I choose the F250 at PCF comes down to people and in this case one in particular- Jason Flint. He won't remember the conversation we had the day I bought my vehicle but I certainly do. He treated me with respect and didn't try to fill me with lots of sales jargon or cliches. He gave me a good deal on my trade and on the truck - he emphasized that PCF would be there for me through the entire ownership experience - and they have been. Since then I haven't spoken to Jason much as he spends more time on the sales side. My contact has mostly been with Paul Bialy in service. Paul always spends the right amount of time with me and makes sure I understand what they recommend for my truck and why. YES - getting all my service done at a Ford dealer is maybe more expensive. But the couple of times I have taken it to other places they spend too much time trying to figure out what to do and have made recommendations that I and eventually Ford disagree with. I also feel that some jobs just should have been done at Ford, like the above mentioned break job. With 90k on my truck I will likely be in the market for a new one in the next year or so, I won't hesitate to talk to Jason again and neither should you. If I could give no stars I would brought my car in on Wednesday at 10 AM I had a call by one in the afternoon letting me know of the problems and that it wouldn't be ready until Thursday no word from them on Thursday figured I would give it another day called several times on Friday and couldn't get through to a service advisor finally at 3:50 on Friday Mr. calzone called me and said that the car would not be ready it was taking longer than anticipated and that I had 10 minutes to get to the dealership for a loaner car for the weekend . (They had to have known long before closing time that my car would not be ready )how is that even possible when at regular traffic ,if I had a car to get there , would take about 15 minutes he said he was sorry but he was leaving for the day and it was closed for the weekend .absolutely no over and above ,no offer of having a car delivered to me at my home, total lack of concern for my inconvenience. there are ways that could've better been used to service the customer. customer service at this dealership leaves a lot to be desired. when I picked my car up on Monday, I spoke to the owner who thought only an apology was in order they really don't take their customers as important people or show any concern whatsoever my business will be at another dealership from this point forward. As a follow up to all of this the day after I brought my car home my son noticed that the check engine light was on we went to Stevens Ford and found out that after all the work that Park City did on my car the mechanics did not reset my car's computer so not even as the service department lackadaisical the mechanics are lackadaisical it cost me $135 to have my computer reset buy another Ford dealership I don't know how you all havePositive experiences in that place but more power to you because I was treated like dirt and then in the end find out that their mechanics aren't worth the money you have to pay honestly how in the world does a mechanic in this day and age forget to reset a car's computer that's pretty standard basic stuff there read more

Having purchased several cars over the past few years, my experience with all involved at Park City was second to none. I purchased a Ford Escape SEL after thorough research and the price provided by Jason and David Flint truly was better than any other dealer in CT or NY. Buying a car today given the internet and such sites like car gurus and truecar empower the buyer and allow us greater control over the process. Further, knowing what your credit rating is going into the deal will help you determine if financing through the dealer versus your bank/credit union is a better value. At the end of the day, Park City provided almost the same rate as my bank or credit union. The same thing goes for your trade in if applicable. Know what it is worth before going in. If they don't offer what you want, simply negotiate based on facts. I received exactly what i wanted for my trade after sharing what others offered. To end my Sales Person (Dan) provided excellent follow up and ensured any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. Your satisfaction is largely in your control. My research prior to purchase provided me the knowledge that I was getting the best deal possible. They treated me as if I was spending a 100k. In sum, great price, good finance rate, excellent customer service and experience. From Park City Ford, we leased a 2017 Ford Escape in July 2017 and bought it off lease in 2020. Late June 2022 the car over heated and its flashing engine light illuminated - all coolant was gone. Contacted the service department June 29, 2022, (I knew the car was under warranty until JULY 7), and again on July 1 to explain the engine was vibrating and failed and informed them the back end was leaking fluid. The service department asked for my last name to get the VIN number. They exclaimed the earliest appointment to even look at it wasn't until MID AUGUST. Since it was purchased from them thought we'd be in good hands to have all 3 problems solved - WRONG CHOICE. Researched and found FORD had 2 recalls (their term: Customer Satisfaction Campaigns on the engine and transmission which expire November 20, 2022). Fast forward 5 MONTHS of no car (sat in their parking lot), our daily, weekly, and monthly calls and emails - just ignored. No loaner car until the very end and constantly lying about any progress even attempted. Turns out the entire engine needed to be replaced and ironically, they ignored the fluid leak. Just got the car back and still the fluid leak so took it back and it turns out the entire back differential system needs to be replaced as well. WAIT FOR IT.... Having the car, the entire time, they waited until after its warranty expired on July 7 to tell me I must pay $2400 out of pocket. Advised me to contact FORD customer relations which "Alan" said this dealer has had numerous complaints against them, but they will do nothing about it. I would rather give 0 stars. My husband met with a sales person 3 days ago. His credit card was run for $100 he was told to obtain his finances. He never signed anything. 3 days later, he decides he still wants to shop around, but wants his $100 back. Here we go: GenMan, toldHusband after a long back and forth: Give him his measly $100 and get him out of here. Then looked at husband and said, by the way, I'm the general manager. There is more: To my H: You wasted our time. I could have given you that car for 14 grand - this is interpreted at patronizing and taunting (by the way, if you want the car, bring this review to get it for the $14,000. It's currently, 17,500. It's the 2011 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited Pwr Moon AWD VIN #4S4BRDKC8B2354767. Let's see what he says to you.) Finance guy to my H who just had surgery, questioning H during the debacle, "I thought you had surgery. Show me the scars." Husband said they are unprofessional. He got his money and left. Now on to the sales: On test drive, he calls H's credit "damaged credit" without even knowing anything, giving you a glimpse of what they think of people who shop there. He acted like he was giving H a deal by bumping up the price to $19, 000 and saying he was then going to give it to H for $17,500, which is what the internet quoted anyway. There is a reason why my H never took this car. But we won't state what that is. The whole sales experience was weird from start to finish. It's okay to be weird, but this was just too crazy to want anyone to have to experience this. This service was horrific. Stay clear, their service department is awful and rude. Made an 8 am appt. Called at 1pm to check in on their diagnosis. It was obvious they had not gotten to my car yet. At 3pm they call to let me know they need it for another day. They still had another 2 and half hours to at least figure out the problem, order replacement part if needed. Mr Calzone says to me, I dont care if you brought it in at 8 am or 2pm its not going to get fixed today. Absolute BS. Apologize, tell me you got overwhelmed and would like to have another day to look at it. No need to be rude. Find another service department this one is awful. read more

I visited Park City Ford a few weeks ago and was impressed with the service. The building is in a difficult intersection next to the DMV, but it is easy to get to. The salespeople were prompt to show me the available cars and work with me on getting a good deal on one of their vehicles. I ordered a 2016 Ford Explorer and picked it up October 2015. One month later, I got a flat tire (nail, if there is a single nail on the road....I will find it), so I go to Park City Ford and I'm told they don't have that specific tire, what! How do you sell me a brand new vehicle and not have the parts to fix it! To the rescue comes Paul Bialy, service adviser. Calms me down, explains situation and gets the job done. A few months later (May 2016) the new car dies while I'm driving, I have the car towed to Park City Ford and to the rescue again comes my new friend Paul. Who explains to me that it's the throttle body, what the hell is that! Tells me the part is now on back order, I can't drive the vehicle, Paul give an older loaner in the meantime. I'm not happy at all! TWO weeks go buy, I'm paying for a vehicle that I can't drive! I'm ready to get an attorney (lemon law right?) Paul, would call me everyday just to tell me, I'm sorry, but your car is not ready, day after day! I was so angry and Paul was just calm and professional thru the whole process. He finally called to tell me the car was ready, thanks Paul. Two weeks ago, on my trip to the casino on Black Friday evening, the SD card that comes equipped for the navigation system, some showed an error and I lost navigation. I called Park City Ford minutes before closing, left a message for Paul ( thinking I wouldn't hear from him til Monday) he calls me right back, walks me thru fixing the problem. Thank you Paul Bialy! I took my 1999 Ford Expedition (it was originally purchased from Park City back in 1999) in for a cracked passenger side exhaust manifold problem. It's appears to be a well known problem on the internet with this Ford type vehicle. I was quoted a repair price of $2,930.20 for the exhaust manifold repair. Due to the high vehicle mileage (over 335,000 - mostly highway) and the huge cost of repair I asked for the mechanics opinion and was advised by the service desk person that he said it would not be worth fixing due to the age and poor condition of the vehicle. WOW !!! This was surprising since other than the exhaust manifold problem the vehicle seems to be in great condition, no rust, drives great, and has been meticulously maintained and repairs since 1999. I was almost ready to bury the old Expedition --- BUT --- I scheduled an appointment with a local auto repair shop for today (Mild to Wild Automotive in Orange CT) and it was fixed in a few hours for $587.00 including tax. Vehicle now drives GREAT! I could certainly understand and agree to a reasonable premium charge for Ford Dealer Service but an extra charge of $2,343 is completely unacceptable! PS: Mechanic at the other repair shop was impressed with the condition of the vehicle with such high mileage. read more

This was a disappointing experience for me, it really was the corporate money machine at work. Obviously we all know the general reputations that car dealerships have, and that's not what this is about. However, I brought my car in for an appraisal looking to potentially trade in; once I informed the dealer that I qualify for the Ford A-Plan (deep discount due to a family member working for Ford) I was surprised to learn that the trade value of my car was now $3500 less at this dealership, than appraisals I'd received from 2 different dealers this past week. Thank goodness there are a ton of Ford dealers in CT, I recommend checking them out if you want a Ford. read more

Is there a button for negative stars? I signed a contract with them and it was not fulfilled on their end. I waited almost 10 weeks to receive a special order vehicle only for it to come in with a few small missing features. I was willing to order my vehicle and wait that long because I wanted exactly what I wanted. Not something close to it. I still wonder if it was special ordered or they forgot and then got something close to it. The tonneau cover has never fit properly either and they tell me it's normal...yet on the truck I received from a different location it fits perfectly. I was treated as though I have no knowledge of vehicles when I asked about why EcoBoost was a feature with some engine sizes and not others. They were rude and condescending. The sad part is that I asked them what the fuel efficiency increase was from one engine to the EcoBoost and the guy told me there was no way to know that. It took me about two minutes online when I got home. His math also left a lot to be desired. I took the vehicle in today for a very simple tire change. I had a puncture in the wall of the tire. The quote was a range (they must change a million tires. Every other place gives you a very specific quote, but not here. How is that even possible?) of $250-$300. WOW. I was shocked at how high it was, but I needed to pick up my daughter later so I had no choice but to get it done. After waiting an hour and a half I finally got the update I was promised to have within a few minutes. They didn't have the tire...even though it's a brand new truck. I couldn't believe I waited for just over 1 1/2 hours to find out something they should have seen in their computer inventory when I arrived. Appalling! I was offered no apologies and no discounts as a result of my wasted time. Simply, I'll order it for you now and I can offer you a loaner in the meantime. Fantastic. I drove 20 minutes here, I'll drive 20 minutes back, then 20 minutes here, and then 20 minutes back again and not have any of my work stuff in my vehicle. What a lovely offer. Maybe knock off $100 from the price of the tire to make it a reasonable price for it. To nit pick since they were so awful in many other ways including the fact that another dealership emailed me a price a few hours after I signed my contract...a price that was $750 lower. I asked them not to put a Park City decal on the car nor the license plate holder. Guess what? My truck came with both. I was unhappy and they are so stuck on I can't remove the decal without damaging the paint. While I was there they were quoting a guy almost $1500 to replace front and rear brakes and rotors. Holy cow that is insane for that vehicle. I was treated with disrespect here on more than one occasion and I won't be returning. I need two more trucks for my business. I'm not even sure I'll go with Ford at this point with how uncomfortable the ride is and how poor the service is. Their service prices are the highest I've EVER seen. Go elsewhere. EXTREMELY bad customer service. I have bought four cars from this dealership and always is was a good experience. This last car I purchased was a Ford certified preowned. When I received the car it was supposed to be perfect and not require anything. like brand new we were told. I took the car in for an oil change once it was required and was told the rotors were bad and rusted and had such deep grooves in them that they needed to be replaced (after only 10 months of my owning the vehicle). You don't have to be a mechanic to know this does NOT happen after 10 months and under 10,000 miles of driving. So in good faith I took the car back to Ford expecting them to honor the certified preowned and replace the bad rotors and pads but NOPE. They refused. That new car we were planning on purchasing in Jan 2020, guess where we will NOT be purchasing from ever again. I will be spreading the word read more

I needed quick service and he arranged it. The wait to complete the service was a bit long not bad considering a last minute appointment in the middle of the morning. I did the Truecar thing, looked at dealer inventories on the net, etc. Park City had prices with all discounts so I went down for a visit, got Jerome, and the rest is history. Lewis, the finance manager is top notch. Found me a lender with a rate better than what I was bringing to the deal. Bottom line, the guys worked with me to stay within my budget. Very Happy. Jerome and Lewis made the whole process very painless. Gave me a bit of a price break and delivered the car to my office a couple of days after I put down a deposit. Car totally washed and cleaned at delivery.
