Even if you're already packed, they come prepared with extra boxes, wrapping, and anything you might need for those last‑minute items or unexpected loose pieces. That alone took so much pressure off. I also know being in someone's personal items can be a lot, and they handled everything with so much respect and care. Since everything was already packed up and I didn't even have water to offer during the move, I made sure to grab them Starbucks once we arrived, and it definitely hit the spot. Jeff and his crew (Roy, Matthew & Aidan) came up with a solution for me that was very workable. They came out 2 days before the move and completely loaded up a U-Haul. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. I previously used this moving company and had a great experience, which is why I hired them again…read morein March 2026. Unfortunately, this second experience was terrible from start to finish. The movers arrived over an hour late and called ahead to say they had overslept. Once they arrived, they moved extremely slowly and disappeared for long stretches of time throughout the move. During the move, my dining table was broken. Instead of the owner handling the situation professionally himself, he placed the responsibility on the employee who damaged it. The worker took the broken table leg along with an additional leg and never returned either one. I had to repeatedly follow up trying to get this resolved. At one point, they attempted to order me a completely different table that was not even the correct size -- without my approval or even showing it to me first. After more follow-ups, I was told that once the incorrect table was returned, I would be reimbursed so I could replace my original table myself. I even sent photos of the exact table I purchased and was assured they would "do the right thing." Two months later, I still have not been reimbursed. To make matters worse, I was charged $140 per hour for 3 movers even though I was directly quoted $120 per hour in text messages. After I questioned it, I was refunded $50, which hardly resolved the issue. I had originally removed my first review after being promised they would pay for the damaged table, but that promise was never honored. The last message I received from the owner was simply asking, "How much?" instead of reviewing the many previous messages and handling the situation professionally. This entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and exhausting. I would never use this company again.
