They told me that because this home builder glued everything, I would need a plumber and quietly recommended this place. I placed a call and Angel came out the next morning. Showed him both problems, the other being an overflow issue with the dishwasher. He told me how to fix that issue and within 30 minutes sent a quote. If he had to fix both issues, there was a $100 discount for multiple projects. Fortunately I fixed the dishwasher issue, so they only needed to fix one which saved me over $150. The next afternoon Austin came out and fixed it. Great work! Great price! Great company and the best tag line out there. A+++

Unlike other places, Brian was very honest and straightforward with his flat rate quote -- it was not just an inspection but it came with a flush and cleaning. So although his price was higher than other quotes, we also knew that this was the price that we would be paying and not more than that. The receipt showed that he also ended up cleaning out the burner chamber and repaired the draft diverter. He said that he also worked on venting issues over the phone. He was helpful and tried his best to answer my questions. I was not able to be there at the service but he was there on time and spoke with me by phone. Brian is prompt, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. His appointment did not take long but he was able to get everything serviced. And I'm of course always happy to help small businesses. He is based in Visalia but says that he services all over the Valley. I appreciated that he was able to arrive for the service appointment the next morning after I contacted him. Hi All, I wrote a review for Daniel Hernandez, who owns Subsurface Leak Solutions, on November 1,…read more2024, for an underground leak repair completed on another site. We chose Subsurface Leak Solutions because Daniel told us the detection and leak repair would be under warranty for two years. Although they were more expensive than other companies, we chose them due to this guarantee. Fast forward, one month later: the underground leak recurred. Daniel forced me to sign a leak detection and repair estimate before reinspecting the property, despite the leak being in the same location they previously repaired. When his repair person, Victor (his nephew), came out, he found the leak was in the same pipe, just two inches away. In the original repair, Victor did not completely replace the entire section as most plumbers would. Although this was an error in the original repair, Daniel now wants to recharge us several thousand dollars more. We opted not to use Daniel for this repair, which should have been covered under warranty. As advised, beware of Subsurface Leak Solutions and Daniel Hernandez. They prey on individuals desperate for repairs. To me, they appear either dishonest or incompetent plumbers; avoid using their services.
