I was surprised to actually have a human answer the phone! The lady took my name and address, told me that their guy would be there on Sunday morning to pump the system between 8 and 10 am. At 9am, here comes their truck!! Although it took more time than we figured in finding and uncovering the septic lid they didn't complain once. In fact, Darren and his daughter Keylee just dove right in and really got to it. In about 2 hours we were done, with our tank empty, and also a bit of advice from Darren on how to keep the tank in better shape by using a maintenance of septic treatments. One thing that was different about Pro is that they took the time to make sure that the sludge at the bottom of the tank was broken up so it could be vacuumed out. The previous service just took the liquid off the top and didn't touch the sludge, which in our case was the major problem. I highly recommend this company, and especially Darren and Keylee anytime that you need septic service.

On Tuesday night at 10 PM I walked into my father's home after 1.5 weeks of being away and my dad away on Hospice dying to a massive flood caused by the refrigerator. I panicked and ran toward the refrigerator and fell so hard... I didn't know what to do so I took a photo of the leak and I input it on ChatGPT and CVWR was the first company it recommended. I called it and Tico picked up. He could hear the distress in my voice and in 30 minutes he and his entire team were at my home saving it. They cleared out all the water and the entire downstairs. This job was not an ordinary job, even though leaks are not ordinary... but there's a hoarding situation going on and my dad's home and they had to move so much out. They worked till very late and were beyond professional and empathetic toward my situation. They then left multiple dehumidifiers and air scrubbers for days to help stop the mold growth and dry out my house. Their team does everything from mitigation to reconstruction. Every question I asked, Tico answered in detail and I completely trusted him. He was incredibly knowledgeable about insurance and has a good working relationship with my insurance adjuster. Total ripoff. The staff that came out was honest and friendly, but didn't bring the correct tools…read morethat was needed. Before they came out I explained the situation and even sent pictures. They should have been prepared. So when the guy left to get the correct tools he apologized and said I don't have to pay for the time he took. He came back after about 40 minutes, still couldn't fix it so I had him make a quick, but temporary fix. Total time he was at my house was less than an hour. The owner made the staff tell me I owed him for two hours. I scoffed at the notion. The staff was obviously embarrassed. Shame on the owner for putting his staff in such a situation. The final result was a threatening text from the owner, "We will be sending your remainder balance to your home address. You have 10 business days to pay the remaining balance otherwise it's 10% interest per week up to 30 days. After the 30 days it will be sent to collections if that is not paid, a lien be placed on your property. If you'd like to call to discuss this, I'd be happy to come to an agreeable balance.
