He was taking personal calls on his cell phone the entire time. After it was installed the water in my kitchen and bathroom would not turn on and Carlos did not want to fix it. Everything worked fine before it went out. Called the company and requested another employee to come out and they sent someone out the next day to take care of the problem. The inspector said it would not have passed inspection if they did not come back out. That one employee is really making this company look bad. Daniel showed up, masked up and he went to work on our unit. Daniel and Israel fixed our safety switch that was installed improperly by the previous company that installed our new unit. Israel also found that our return was not efficient enough for the size of our AC unit and Daniel went over the options to remedy the situation and financing. We are very happy with the quality of service and attention to detail that Daniel and Israel took in servicing our unit. We decided to sign up for their Comfort Care program to have our AC serviced annually and save on parts and services.
