I had a leak in our irrigation line. Again, a call to our go-to plumber, Dave Kalm Plumbing. I talked to Scott (Earl's son) and explained the problem. He told me that Dave Kalm doesn't normally do irrigation repairs, but he'd come over and check it out. About an hour later, Scott showed up. He repaired the break in the line, no issue. I asked him if he would take a look at a leaky drain I had in one of those bowl sinks. Within 15 minutes, he had the leak fixed. And we had a good conversation about military service (his brother is a Marine and flies F-18's, going to fly F-35's!). So, Scott comes to do a job that they normally don't do, fixes it perfectly, then does a job that he wasn't expecting to do, and fixes that perfectly, too.
