Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!

Have been using this company for over a year. Service was good up to the last month. This last…read moremonth our pool developed a green algae growth on walls floor and steps. Larry the owner was contacted. He angrily accused us of shutting off pool pump and adding too much water. He also said we could swim in it with the green algae. He never can out to look. We gave his pool tech 2 more visits hoping he would correct the problem but it didn't happen. So we had to fire them. When new service can out they fixed the problem but also stated pool filter must not have been back washed the whole time as it was like mud when they did it. I would not recommend them to anyone because if you have a problem with their service it must be you!

Thankfully we made a great choice using ultimate pool remodel company. They were very courteous and respectful, answered multiple questions and reply to emails and phone calls quickly. Their was very professional and knowledgeable. And in the end did fantastic work. They were not the most expensive they were not the cheapest. They were right in the middle and we're glad we chose them for the value. They did amazing work. What made it better is they kept the timeframe that they said it would need to be done. What ever you do stay far away from this company...had them for over a year and the basically…read moreruined behind my water fall with Discoloration due to not having the pool balanced right.....I come home one day to see my waterfall trickling dowm my back wall....I'm no pool guy but that tells me the filter is clogged...now the wonderful guy that works there is telling me it's my fault because I can control my pump with the app on my phone....before I had this company I had another guy doing my pool and never had this Problem... I have a new guy now that does pools and told me that what happened was there fault for not doing the job right seeing as they came weekly to check and service my pool....and the wonderful guy I talked to is taking no accountability for what has happened to my pool with there service... it seems like they could care less about customers.... My pool wasn't vacuumed for at least three months after a hot day on the golf course on Sunday I jumped in the pool. I noticed there was algae growing on my walls. I also noticed that there was no smell of chlorine at all the tech was there just two days prior. I bought a test kit and behold there was no chlorine whatsoever in the pool. $1700 a year for no service no thanks
