I tried calling twice and left messages with no return call for weeks. finally called a third time and talked to Todd the manager who didn't seam bothered or apologetic in any way. he never called me back either. just some young guys pick up the boat and then drop it back off later with again an unconcerning attitude like they were bothered by the whole thing. was in the driveway when they pulled in and yelled F**K real loud cause they saw me. you can't be more unprofessional and out right disrespectful to people and their personal property. Chuck's diagnosed the problem immediately (rear transmission shift lever was stripped) tried to tighten it at NO CHARGE, but needed to be replaced. They gave me a very fair quote and had it replaced and the bike returned the next day! It may not be as Glitzy and Shiny as the dealerships out there, but they will be getting all of my business from now on. Give them a shot...Great group of guys AND a locally owned business!

After showing my frustration with the progress they threatened to call police and slapped it together and made me take it with me. When I took it apart to do the job myself I noticed multiple screws missing to the exhaust, plastics, etc. Very unprofessional and untimely.

This was a simple tow from my apt. to an automotive repair shop. I did not go to their yard or meet…read moreany office personnel. I called and explained what my problem was and asked if they could get my pickup to the repair shop before the shop closed for the day. The young lady that I spoke to was contacting the tow truck while I was on the phone, so I was in the loop pretty much throughout the conversation and got things set up and was given a price for the service. A bit later the young lady calls to tell me that they are on their way and to look for them. Not too long after, the tow is here, one of the guys took pics of my pickup while checking it over and the other got the bill written up. I had already been told that I'd avoid a fee if I used cash instead of a card, so I handed him the cash and he marked the bill as paid. They both loaded my pickup onto the tow bed securely, one was nice enough to tell me not to worry; the problem with my pickup was bad, but not enough to cause me pain. Well words to that effect anyway. My vehicle got to the auto repair shop safely and I have nothing but a big "thank you" for the help that this tow service provided. I really would recommend them to my neighbors here in the village. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend training in interpersonal skills to this female. I spoke with the female running the office twice, once in person and once over the phone. I don't understand how a business can stay in business with such a bitter, vile, ugly public "face". Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for help with your vehicle.
