I call to let them know and to see if I can convert the 1 day rentals to 3 day rentals. I was told over the phone that that is ok and they will adjust when I bring in the bike that has the flat. I get there and instead of converting the 2 one day rentals to 3 day rentals and paying the difference, they want each additional day paid in full at the one day rental rate. This is BS. If you rent a car for 3 days and decide to rent it longer you ALWAYS get the weekly rate instead of the daily rate. Being told something over the telephone and then getting upsold in person IS COMPLETE CRAP! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They made everything difficult. Sat on hold with call center multiple times. Went to one of the local offices for help and even their employee had to sit on hold for over 30 min just to get permission to swap my kayak rental for a few beach chairs and when it was all said and done, they didn't even get that order correct. The two different local employees I dealt with admitted that my experience was the norm. I lost hours of my vacation that day and felt pretty much like my week long kayak rental money had been stolen. Be careful.

We were met at the greeting desk with a short haired, heavy set, manly female who should never work in the public, customer service sector. She was not friendly at all and some what smart mouthed. We ignored her behavior and walked to the bike I was interested in. There were lots of employees, yet there was no one interested in selling a bike. We left after 30 minutes. I'm sure it doesn't get better after the sale here.
