It is 14 Feb and still yet to receive my refund. Have been back and forth with HD financial and HD of Emerald Coast. I gave now spoken with Gene, Keisha and a new manager named Evan I believe. Spoke with Evan over 2wks ago in which he stated, "I'll get it handled." He hasn't handled shit. Gus really knows how to pick his employees. It's sad bc Big Gus Tractors has THE BEST guys over there. Those guys need to conduct training for HD employees in how to communicate and handle employees. Almost 7mos later, still waiting on a refund or a call back. I can say more about their sales tactics but it's way too much to write. They have some shady guys over there. Beware. Maybe this is why they have 2.9 rating on Yelp. When I came to pick up the moped, owner offered to help me load it in my truck (before even looking at status of the moped, which should have been a huge red flag). handlebars were still wobbly, hadn't been tightened at all. However, throttle was tightened to the point that it wouldn't rotate at all. After addressing this with their management, they attempted to loosen the throttle. Once they gave me the bike back after looking at and loosening throttle, I attempted to start the bike, which went full throttle immediately upon start. If I had not turned the kill switch immediately, it could have been not only a serious injury, but a could have resulted in a serious accident if I was on the road. Owner was made aware of the issue immediately, and said he ordered the necessary part to have it repaired. This was around may 15th, and I did not hear a word from the company until continuously calling and messaging them. well over a month after dropping off the moped for the first time, I finally received call that it was repaired and ready for pick up. When I did show up to pick up, they informed me it was out of gas, so I was unable to ride it home or see if it was actually Repaired. I know that the moped had at least half a tank in it upon dropping off, so this seemed additionally sketchy to me. At this point, I was fed up with their lies, and just wanted it back in my own hands to be properly serviced by a real mechanic, so I loaded it into my truck and brought it home to discover it would not start at all. Business is negligent, and deceitful. When we went to pick up the moped he couldn't even look me into the eye. Place is an absolute scam, do not waste your time or money here.

DO NOT BUY A BIKE HERE. Please read and heed the reviews regarding service. Adventure will get the…read morebike off the sales floor - Service, not so much. My bike has spend about 6 of it's 36 months since I bought it sitting in Service. And not because of any major repairs. Nope, a few small warranty/recall items. I have all the packages, tire/wheel, preplanned maintenance, and platinum extended warranty. I brought the bike in (for the third time) to have the transmission quick fix diagnosed and repaired. I asked them to look at what seemed like a small oil leak. They said they diagnosed it as a bad seal, then told me warranty wouldn't cover it. I called Safeguard (company who manages BMWs extended warranty) who said they couldn't cover it - because someone had already "fixed" it . . . with a tube of RTV silicone. Then these jokers at Adventure gave me a bill for $1,800!!!!! For a silicone repair job. They, allegedly, BMW sent the wrong wiring harness for the bike. So my bike will be parked in the service department at least 6 weeks! While the bike and all the packages depreciate. So I stop in the store to talk to the GM, who is incidentally always too busy to talk to anyone (so it seems) unless the person is buying a bike. So I speak to one of the sales managers. She listens seemingly intently and says she understands and she will speak with the GM on my behalf. 2 days later, I call and talk to her again. She tells me (with attitude) that she doesn't have any control over what service does and she already relayed my message. They why didn't you call or message like you said you would???! In short. I switched from Harley Pensacola to Adventure largely because the service at Pensacola Harley was so unreliable and slow. Figured Adventure had to be better. Absolutely not. My neighbor warned me - said he takes his BMW to Jacksonville (6.5 hour ride) to get warranty work done. Other people said "stay away from Adventure." And I didn't listen. Now I am locked in for another 3 years as my preplanned maintenance is local only. I recommend buying a Triumph from D&D or, if you must get one of the brands sold by Adventure, travel. I am told Jacksonville has an excellent service department.

I paid a very modest diagnostic fee but the relays I needed were nowhere to be found in the area and exclusive to GM. So I had them overnighted from out of state and I went back to them which was an hour drive from where we were staying and they put them in for free.
