The trainers run the place and take advantage of riders with little experience. You are not allowed to use outside trainers. The trainers can be incredibly rude, and don't share the arena if you are trying to hack while they're giving a lesson. I've been riding and showing 30+ years and unfortunately this is probably the worst boarding experience I've ever had.
