So, this was a big project and we were very nervous as it was our first time doing this. From the start, we were impressed by the sales process. They went over our preferences and needs multiple times, made many iterations, and finally, we settled on the windows to replace, the style, the amount of sun filtering, etc. We chose Marvin windows as the window manufacturer, and Five Seasons then handled the installation. Now that it's been a year, we can say that Five Seasons supports their work really well. We had some problems with the hardware side of some of our Marvin windows and doors. It wasn't anything major, but things that should have been working properly. Dylan and Makayla provided exceptional support and actually rebuilt our sliding glass door locks for us, and since they did their work, the door locks have been working perfectly. The window installers, under Mike, did a great job installing windows that were large and in difficult locations. We have now had a year to see how they have held up to wind, rain, and cold weather and they are doing great. We are glad we went with Five Seasons. They were reasonably priced, installed the windows when scheduled, and have been providing excellent support.

Second time in less than 6 months this window has malfunctioned in an extreme way. Window Nation is fairly new to the Colorado area, so last year when service was needed a call back from their service department happened within 24 hours and service was taken care of within 7 days. Now its 7-10 business days (by automated text notification) that I will hear back to schedule for future service. Very unreasonable time frame to get service scheduled for a future date. I called and asked for Window Nation president name and they refused! I was going to write a letter expressing my regrets with buying windows from Window Nation and lack of reasonable time frame to speak with them about my issue. I do not recommend purchasing from Window Nation due to their unsatisfactory warranty service. The window remains open and unlocked until a service technician is scheduled. UPDATE: 2:15 P.M. Technician arrived at my door directed by the branch manager to close/fix my window. Took him less than two minutes. I asked why he arrived so quickly and he told me it was the phone calls, etc. I made. I changed my rating from 1 to 3. Although they could've had a five had my request been taken seriously from the beginning. The Technician "reset" my window and showed me how to handle it in the future.​

Yeoh! One door would not open. When I looked a small piece on the bottom was undone and the top was about one and half inches open. I called Mountain States right away. At this point the door was under warranty by the manufacturer and not Mountain States; however, Mountain States knew that the manufacturer would be unable to do anything until next week. He did not want me left with a door that would not lock. He sent Mountain States Building Products repairman to the house. Doug, thank you for coming. Doug reviewed the problem and after a long careful study determined that movement in the foundation caused the window to come off the track and out of alignment. He fixed it!!! Initially we liked the salesman and the way he conducted business. Now, we see a new side of the company. After 4 years, they stand behind their products and their customers. So glad we found you. LSp
