We hired Five Seasons last year to replace most of our windows for our home. Some of our windows were fairly large, and we also had two sliding glass doors replaced. So, this was a big project and we were very nervous as it was our first time doing this. From the start, we were impressed by the sales process. They went over our preferences and needs multiple times, made many iterations, and finally, we settled on the windows to replace, the style, the amount of sun filtering, etc. We chose Marvin windows as the window manufacturer, and Five Seasons then handled the installation. Now that it's been a year, we can say that Five Seasons supports their work really well. We had some problems with the hardware side of some of our Marvin windows and doors. It wasn't anything major, but things that should have been working properly. Dylan and Makayla provided exceptional support and actually rebuilt our sliding glass door locks for us, and since they did their work, the door locks have been working perfectly. The window installers, under Mike, did a great job installing windows that were large and in difficult locations. We have now had a year to see how they have held up to wind, rain, and cold weather and they are doing great. We are glad we went with Five Seasons. They were reasonably priced, installed the windows when scheduled, and have been providing excellent support. read more

Dealing with Five Seasons Windows, especially their salesman Frank, was an absolute nightmare. Frank brought his dog to our sales appointment and then chose to sit in his car instead of working with me to choose the options for the doors and windows. Instead, he made most of the decisions about my door and all of the decisions about the slider and windows, including the type of screens, without consulting me--no choice on the hardware, trim, or even the doorknob. Initially, Frank told me I had to buy my own doorknob, only for the project manager to later inform me that we needed a fire-rated door, which required specific hardware from ProVia. Even then, Frank didn't offer any options; he just picked what he wanted. On several occasions, I had to reach out to Frank multiple times just to get a reply. Even when I asked to see the types of trim, he was unable to show them to me, which clearly demonstrates his incompetence. After enduring his unprofessional behavior, I called the company twice to request a new salesman and never heard back. The way this entire situation was handled was appalling--no communication, no accountability, and a complete disregard for customer service. The owner should be ashamed. Based on Frank's repeated lies, incompetence, and lack of transparency, I wouldn't trust this company at all. Their dishonesty and lack of professionalism make them completely untrustworthy. In contrast, the next ProVia provider I spoke to offered a much better experience. They gave me specifics for the products, warranty, and installation details. Everything was finalized in a single meeting, and we had the contract signed and the down payment handled within 24 hours. When I mentioned that I had a quote from another company, they offered me a free upgrade to triple-strength glass. Five Seasons only offered standard glass panes, so this upgrade added to the positive experience--not to mention, I was still getting a cheaper price. With the higher strength glass and lower price, I'm not only getting a better deal but also better insulation, as the triple-strength glass has a higher R-value. This is what real customer service looks like--completely unlike what Five Seasons offered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are extremely unprofessional. First they sent someone to quote my windows and I reached out numerous times and never heard back. When I called the company's main line, they proceeded to tell me they fired her because she made many mistakes and didn't know what she was doing. (again not instilling confidence) I end up proceeding with them, due to a discount. On the day of install, their worker Mike tells me I should go through him for any other windows I may need to cut out the middle man. They then installed a ripped screen and the caulking (I went with black and have white walls) is extremely messy. I was told they would be back 2 days later and never heard from them again. I also asked for the invoice to be emailed to me that day. I then proceeded to text Danielle from their office asking for an invoice again. I never received it. John, the owner sent me an email threatening to take me to court if I do not pay. This is when I showed him the screenshot of the text message and again stated they did not send me an invoice, so I had no way to pay the remainder of the balance. (which I kept trying to do) I then lost faith in having them finish the job if I did pay the rest of the amount. I received 3 separate times from Danielle that they would be arriving, creating quite a bit of confusion. I asked John to call me, which he again refused. I then scheduled the repairs to be made today (2/4/25) at 8 am. I waited 19 minutes (showed photos from my cameras to John that his worker was not there) and left. John then emailed me saying he knew I was home and again would not communicate in a civil manner. John has been extremely unprofessional in the entirety of this and his only form of communication is to threaten the customer. I expect him continue in the comments of this review as he has done with others. Their core values state communication, quality, and timeliness. All of these are severely lacked by this company. Save yourself the headache and go with anyone else. I unfortunately am stuck with them for the warranty as well. read more

I bid out to 3 vendors and ended up hiring them due to pricing, responsiveness, customer service and professional installation. James helps me figure out what worked best for my bay window and slider door, which replaced a single door entry. It was not an easy thing! The installers were top notch and Mark and his crew provided an excellent installation, very professional, communicated when doing some of the detail work, and called in an extra crew when extra hands were needed! I am very disappointed with working with five season windows. I have an authentic review as a costumer which they removed because it wasn't to to their liking. I got windows in 2023 here 17 months later i get a bill saying my payment never went threw. Which i have an email proof from the company saying it did go through. So now here close to the holidays they send me an email with a bill. The owner sent me very disrespectful emails, trying to get this solved. Due to hail damage we needed to replace a number of windows in our home. We got a number of estimates and Five Seasons had by far the best price - significantly lower than the other bids. Unlike some of the big window companies, that only offered their own line of windows, Five Seasons offered a number of window choices. We went with Anlin Windows and are very happy with them being far superior to the windows they were replacing. Kirk and his crew did a magnificent job of the install. They were polite, friendly and very professional. After completing the install the crew cleaned up the work area inside and out. Everything fit perfectly and worked smoothly. There were no gaps between the windows and frame opening and it is impossible to tell they were not original to the house. We are looking forward to many more years with these windows and if we are ever in need of replacing any of the remaining windows we will not hesitate to hire Five Seasons to do the work. Five Seasons Windows exceeded expectations; We had a damaging hail storm and went with Anlin replacement windows an upgrade from the Milgard builder-grade windows which I would highly recommend. Working with John and Frank, I appreciated the honesty and time they committed. At the time the neighborhood was crawling with contractors to sign a contract and own your business, however, John wasn't high pressure, no upfront contract, no price gimmicks like other companies, and didn't upsell anything I didn't need. I was on the fence in replacing other windows and John gave me the facts and steered me to wait, despite that meaning deferred business for him. Fast forward a few months and the crew that did the job was top-notch, they were careful and courteous, and aside from one minor issue that they'll correct, the job was done right the first time and everything looks great inside and out. We were in dire need of a new sliding glass patio door as our 20-year old one was failing miserably. I contacted Houston Window Company and the gentleman referred me to Five Seasons Windows and Doors here in Denver. I called John, the owner, and he took my order the next day. He explained the different type and brands of patio doors that his company offered. I had never heard of Anlin Doors and Windows from California before, but that seemed to be the best fit for us. The product is high quality and the warranty is great as it includes parts and labor. It even covers broken glass. We had shopped other companies and the quotes were quite a bit higher, as much as 200% higher for a similar door. It took nearly two months for the door to arrive from the factory, because of the many people doing home remodeling during the pandemic. John kept us updated on the status of our order. Once it arrived at their warehouse, Stazi scheduled the install within a week. The installers were very professional and completed the install in a timely manner. I've hired Five Seasons Windows for 2 houses now, around 20+ windows in total, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Hunter and John are always very responsive throughout the estimating process, and both Les' and Rick's and teams are great to work with. In particular, Mark (and Rick) do excellent work on the trickiest of windows: they were able to get steel windows out that were welded to steel structural beams for the house, and replaced/repaired it seamlessly. Their teams work hard and are willing to work long full days (8-10 hours/day) as long as there's daylight to get the job done as efficiently as possible. Windows took about 5-7 weeks to fabricate and arrive during covid times. They are a pro at replacing old steel/aluminum windows. Pricing was very competitive and fair.
