We were so pleased, we rented a second unit in October. Every time we go by the office, they are friendly and welcoming. I compared prices online and felt theirs were competitive, plus the facility was nearby the area where we anticipated buying a home. When we had trouble with one of the locks (turned out to be operator error LOL) they quickly and graciously replaced the lock. To top it all off, we won the recent gift basket and have been enjoying our goodies and gift certificate.

I'm writing this review out of gratitude for Trish at A Storage House for making our rocky,…read moreunpredictable transition into our new house less painful. When we sold our House in Everett, and got an offer accepted in Newport, we had to find a way to get all of our belongings out of the house, over the cascades to the eastern end of the state and into storage while we waited in temporary housing. I called A Storage House for the storage part, but right away Trish understood that I really needed a holistic solution. She got us hooked up with a Penske 26 foot box truck. Renting one in Western WA would have cost nearly 5000 dollars, so she suggested I go to Spokane Valley, pick the truck up and drive it back to load up our things. The total cost for that was only $900. She provisioned two units for us to make sure we had enough space but offered to refund one if we didn't need both (we did lol). We had three vehicles and could only park two of them in our temporary housing complex, so Trish hooked us up with a parking spot at a great price as well. When our close date was pushed back due to a late appraisal, she even let us leave the cars for half the month and didn't charge us the full rate. Besides saving us a ridiculous amount of money, and giving us peace of mind during a difficult time, Trish was really nice to our family, especially our two year old daughter. She actually cared about our whole situation and tried hard to find solutions for us rather than just "checking boxes" and charging us whatever we were willing to pay. Some nice amenities: The storage units have cameras on them 24/7 so we could feel secure knowing that all of our worldly possessions were secure. There is a cool text to open feature on the gate, so I didn't have to get out of the car to type a code. And Trish answered the phone every time I called which in my experience is rare. Overall 5 stars 100% for A storage house and Trish. They were without a doubt the smoothest part of our move.
