Very awesome place once again the one downtown Spokane is also good the front desk guy I told my problem. Also this place helped me tow my truck to this shop. It's because I recently had my radiator done and it was still leaking from somewhere. I recommend this place downtown Spokane off of 3rd or the south hill. Took my Car in and pointed out a noise in the front end. I asked the owners son to ride with me. They aligned my car but it was a "Cracked Strut Mount" and the car should have never been aligned. I was moving out of state and had to have the car trucked almost a thousand miles. It turns out after getting the car fixed here I had to have it aligned again. I called to ask for a refund on the alignment and they just blew me off. Growing up in Spokane I would not ever take my car to this shop again. They apparently don't understand word of mouth. My husband wrecked his car and needed a tow, and these people were called for the tow. He had an ITEMIZED LIST of what was in his car, and when he went to clean out his car and grab his belongings, things were missing. He confronted the manager, only to be given a half hearted "well... Sorry" and be sent away. I emailed the district manager, and instead of finding a resolution, the guy tells me to "call the police if I really have a problem." Yeah, okay. How about you teach your employees to not be dirty little thieves? Especially when we have proof that our belongings are missing from the car. I don't recommend using these people. Don't trust them, you will have your things stolen. Guaranteed. I don't even know how these morons are still in business. read more

My wife's car wouldn't start. I call them and ask how much it would to come and just take it about 5 blocks away. They quote me 55.00 dollars. 1 day later I called them and had them come pick it up. The driver loads it up and comes and tells us it will be 81.00 dollars. I call the office to tell them that isn't what I was quoted. They told me " well, the driver quoted it right". He said he would give me 10% off and that my total would be 79.00. I'm not an idiot. I know 10% of 81.00 is not 2.00. These guys are shady at best. If a company quotes a price then stand by it. Or actually give the actual discount to make it better. I will never use this company again. I suggest that if your reading this.....find someone else. read more

This occurred quite a while ago, so it's probably silly to review it now. I'm still that shocked by the deplorable way I was treated. I was too young at the time to stand up for myself...if it happened today, legal action would be taken. To make a long, long story shorter, they didn't even begin working on my car (or telling me this) for two days. I knew and told them EXACTLY what was wrong with my vehicle, a broken head gasket, as I had two friends look at it beforehand. TWICE, I called and they told me they did not know where my car was. How is this possible? How? No, really, Divine's... I wish someone could explain to me how you lost a blue Pontiac in your own parking lot. Twice. After nearly a week of waiting the "owner, John" called to tell me, "Hey! Fantastic news! It's just a water pump! Not a head gasket! " I questioned this and him... two people confirmed the issue already...but awesome! That's a huge savings! ! No. He called later to tell me that not only was I correct, he was charging me for service, but also the water pump i didn't need!!! All in all...it was over $800. I was told later that the man who said he was the owner, lied. I contacted the "president " who repeatedly asked me for the same info over and over again until I gave up. Divine's did everything they possibly could to avoid making the situation right. My car was essentially totalled because they forced me to waste the money saved for the gasket on the waterpump and service. They are not just the worst mechanic I've dealt with, this was the WORST BUSINESS. read more

Hands down worst service I've ever received! I took my car in to get my oil changed before a long road trip. When I picked my car up, my air conditioner was no longer working (it was working perfectly fine when I dropped my car off). I called Divine's immediately to report the issue and was told I could bring it back in but would be charged a $150 diagnostic fee. I stated that I didn't think charging a diagnostic fee was fair as it was all too coincidental that my AC stopped working in the 5 hours it was at Divine's. The attendant argued with me and stated it couldn't have been something they did. I asked to speak to the mechanic who worked on my car and was told I couldn't speak with him and that he would let his manager know of my frustrations. The manager then called me from a BLOCKED number to discuss my frustrations and eventually told me they would waive the diagnostic fee if I brought it in the following Monday. Over the weekend, I took my car to another mechanic and was told that the freon had been removed from my car. Divine's removed the freon from my car to get me to come back and charge me a $150 diagnostic fee and who knows what that "diagnosis" would have been. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! read more
