I don't think his service is affordable, especially for the amount of money I got back. He uses tax act to complete services. Although it was nice to have someone complete my taxes, I am certain I will do my own next year and save the 100 bucks for such a simple return.

I found out from the IRS the day Jaydine called and said she would amend my taxes to $0 she didn't. She was so upset about the review I left she reset it to another amount where it looks like I owe the IRS. Now she is under investigation and after visiting the IRS today I was told in order to verify this I needed the original return she filed. Well Ms. Jaydine is kind of savvy because she changed the name of her agency from Hall Tax Services to HTS Group located on 4801 Southwick Dr Suite 104. I tried to get a copy of the 2022 taxes directly from her office which I was told by the receptionist it would cost $35. After the receptionist goes to the back and consults with Jaydine she comes to the front and said she doesn't have a copy of my return or amended return and I should check my IRS transcript. Luckily I recorded the conversation in which she openly admitted to filing self prepared for me (she claimed she told all her customers that her software was bad). But she has an exceptional memory because when she came out she began the conversation about my not so nice review and how she tried to be nice to people but we come in owing the IRS and when I said I don't owe- her reesponse was I don't owe her shit (so professional). Jaydine claims she doesn't have any copies or access to my 2022 taxes and had the audacity to say she wasn't paid for her services. Pay her when I never got a refund, being audited by the IRS and under investigation because a tax preparer did not use her tax preparer number to file me. Isn't it illegal for them to file as self prepared and she did it twice when she amended my taxes again on March 15th without my permission. Funny the IRS did note that my paperwork wasn't signed just had my name printed. Can we say ILLEGAL ILLEGAL ILLEGAL on so many levels.
