I still don't have enough good things to say about Affordable Tire. We only go here any more and recommend it to everyone. People are great, prices are the best in the area, and they are FAST. We most recently got the tires on our camping trailer replaced here and not only did they beat the price we had gotten quoted at a couple of different places for the same tires, but they had them installed and ready to go within half an hour. read more

I usually go to the Palmdale location and have only good things to say about that location. Yesterday my wife got a flat and ended up at the Acton location. She couldn't find the key for the locking lug nuts, but affordable had one, and didn't try to take advantage of her to remove her wheels. Ended up here simply because it was within my towing radius for AAA. So thankful because this was one of the most honest shops I have ever been to. The manager was great and the best customer service! He could have easily told us we needed to replace the tire and he suggested checking it first. A $20 repair was all we needed. Much appreciated for their honesty and even though we live 30 minutes out would recommend them to anyone we know. read more

Service was fast the young man patching up my tire was really kind to do so :) and I thank him very much they charge me $15 but his boss I'm assuming it is was kind of rude :( he was very short in his words and when I was trying to explain simply about what happened he cut me off and just said " ok let us open up first !" and said it with such a fake smile , I wasn't rushing them or being inpatient at all , he made me regret being there I felt like if I did something wrong . Another client showed up and I over heard him apologizing to the client but in a sarcastic way I guess he was having a bad morning like all of us do sometimes but that's no excuse to treat people with attitude just because he might have been having a bad morning:( but above all else the service was fast and good :) read more

I've been to this tire shop 3 times and each experience was amazing! The first time I wanted a small tire put on a jockey wheel for a trailer. I had been to America's Best tire shop previously, and they said NOPE, they don't do that. But this place was like, sure no problem. $10 or $15 or so bucks. The next time I found a nail in my tire and they removed the tire and patched it up in about 5 minutes. I think it was only like $12. So when it was time to get four new tires on my vehicle, I was encourage by everyone I knew to go to Costco. They said it would be a 2-hour wait and I just wasn't feeling the joy. So I went back to Affordable Tire late one afternoon so they could order the tires, and the next day they had the four replaced with new ones in 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place. Alfonso in the Acton, Ca. store has always been fair and helpful. We recommend him to friends and family when in town. This the best tire store we have used in all our years. If he doesn't have it he will order it for you. We had a Toyota 4 runner 2011 when they first came out and the dealer couldn't even get the tires for the 4runner. We came here Alfonso search and search until he found what we needed. Try this place you will like it. Remember there are two stores one in Palmdale and the other in Acton. The prices were really good, but when it came to service. It was horrible.The manager was nice at first. But that started to change really fast. He was so rude to me yelling at me to hurry and leave so he can get another car in there. When all I was doing was making sure they put the spare in my trunk. Never coming back. I felt like shit after spending all this money there and being treated like trash. read more

The manager is very disrespectful and thinks he owns the place treating customers like they don't know anything. He's very pushy and tells you that you need new tires or says you don't rotate them enough. I live in acton and I choose hands down anytime to go somewhere else just so I don't have to deal with this guy. Maybe it's time he finds a new job if he's so miserable that he needs to be rude to customers. It's called customer service with a smile. :) not to hard. Unless you are a male I would not recommend going to Affordable Tire. Alfonso provides terrible costumer service and is incredibly unprofessional. He will take advantage of any women. I decided to take my car to another shop due directly to Alfonso's customer service. read more

Been here twice and got the same unasked opinion both times... "you need new tires, the ones you have are down to the wear marks!" If that wasn't bad enough the bald headed tatooed harley riding manager set the unprofessional sarcasm, which was followed by his lackey, as soon as I requested a tire balance check on my front tire. He then walked around all my tires, which were about 6 months new and recommended I replace them. Big surprise; considering the last time he said the same exact thing the last time I stopped there to get a used tire for a different vehicle. read more

Couldn't be happier. He beat mikes tires for the same tires by fifty bucks! Always there for me when I needed air or a patch. Super friendly. Highly recommend . Also offers free rotation on your tires. I was in and out of there within thirty minutes!! read more
