Went in to get 2 new tires all fine and dandy. Came home put my tires on my car. The next morning one was flat. Took it back to the shop they said there's nothing we could unless I pay 20 dollars for the tire to be put back on the rim, so I paid the 20$. The employee stated that my crome was flaking off inside that's why it was leaking. So he loaded it up with some kind of grease to make a seal.The next morning again a flat now they won't exchange it or give me a refund. THEY ARE THIEFS & IM OUT 89 DOLLARS ON A BAD TIRE! I went in to have my driver's side rear tire replaced with a used tire and price wise I was very impressed, it only cost me $40. Unfortunately, when they were changing the tire they did the rear passenger side instead, when I specifically said driver side. So when I corrected them the guy told me "yeah, but this one needs to be done too". I knew it needed to be done but I could have gone a few more months. I agreed to changing that tore as well so when they started working on the on the additional tire (the rear driver's side) I checked on them and they were taking my passenger FRONT TIRE!! I had to correct them again. Finally the correct tires were done an price wise I was very happy. I will say the tread on the used tires are good I am happy with that, however I am cautious about going back because of the mix-up. They speak predominantly Spanish so if I spoke Spanish I think everything would have been better, but I'm up in the air if I'll go back. read more

Well they were still open so I tried them. Over the phone quoted me 10 per tire for bringing my loose tires in for mounting. Great price ! He starts to pop it back on my truck. Didn't see them balance it. Oh you want balance ?? 10 more per tire! Oh great oh well I guess I'm stuck ! Fine I pay it. Then I get home and it's a good thing I was close! They broke the bead on my right front !!! Tire is trash!!! Not even going to try and get them to help. I'm SURE the owner will blow me off!! I had a tire repaired here and when they reinstalled the wheel back on my car they cross threaded one of the lug nuts. I discovered it when I needed to rotate my tires after 6k. I returned to this shop and was first told that they did not remove it from my vehicle. Then they looked at the date on the receipt and I was told it was to long ago! They said that they would charge me 20 dollars for the damage they did to the lug nut. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I would give them no star if I could. My daughter went to get 3 used tires on her truck she has 6 kids she drive around in that truck. She brought the tires on Sunday and ask them it it would be safe because her small kids are in the car. They assured her that the tires were good. So today not even 1 week later on Friday she was driving and her tire just peeled completely off. The tires are dry rotted. She called them and they told her there's no guarantee on used tires. came in for a quick nail removal/tire repair on a Sat. afternoon, no cars being worked on. the employee (not the owner) looks absolutely miserable being there. although i had only one tire affected, the employee decides my whole car has to be lifted, which would be Ok however he did not know WHERE to jack my car from and starts jacking the entire car up crookedly and using the side step rail bars for support (AND NOT USING THE FRAME OF THE CAR). Fortunately I stopped him from lifting my car any higher before he damaged the car; of course, he took ZERO responsibility for his incompetence (and for bending the rail bars upward). Then he took his sweet time (nearly 25 minutes) to repair the flat for a single tire. I regretted pulling in here... should have waited for my tire to explode. read more

Get this, I needed to replace my driving belts (AC, Alternator & power steering) I went to the shops on Division and J8 (won't say their names but there are like 4-5 shops together) their price was $200 + tax (they wouldn't install parts purchased somewhere else, so they can sell their at exuberant prices) Spoke to Guillermo over the phone and he priced me at $70 for labor and allowed me to buy my own parts. A friend of mine & I went into this establishment on a late Sunday evening because it was the only place open. They first they profiled me and tried to pressure me to buy a new tire but I like to get all 4 tires at the same time so I JUST NEEDED A SUBSTITUTE. So I ask him for a tire that would at least get me through a couple of days. I took the tire home my other half put it on my vehicle and this Piece of shit company sold my a used tire that wouldn't drive 1 mile. They of course said it was because I drove it on flat I did't drive the ar a toal of 1.3 miles total I immediatelypulled to safety so basically I spent $21 dollars to drive have my car 1.3 miles and have it towed home thank God I had AAA I will never go here again and I don't recommend them read more

Don't go here!! anything to make a little money for these guys, I got a flat, he said the tire couldn't be repaired but he can fix it by putting a tire tube in it, and said it would be fine, so I agreed and he charged me $40.00. 2 days later it blows (again) as i'm driving. So i I go to another local tire shop that showed me the tube he put in and it looked like a tube that goes on a wheel barrel, He's lucky i didn't crash, had my kids with me or hurt anyone, will never ever go back here.
