They fixed the…read moreissue i took it in for but now it having another issue that they caused and when i called them out on it the mechanic that worked on my truck immediately got defensive and started blaming me and said that i did the damage they caused. They ripped my splash guard on the bottom of my truck to access a component with a screwdriver or something like that. Instead of just unbolting the splash guard they took a knife to it and bent it inwards and when i told them about it the mechanic said it was me and that i did it, and for me to bring it in and if it's something they did that they will fix it. And when i told him that it's for sure something he did without a doubt he just hung up on me. I will update this review in a couple hours to see how they resolve this. What got me to write this 1 star review is how they handled it over the phone , i have not even showed up in person yet and i can already tell the mechanic is going to be negative towards me, and the fact that he immediately tries to blame me is frustrating because i treat my truck with care and would never rip open my splash pad like that when it can easily be unbolted. No one has ever touched my truck but the dealership and me and i noticed this after i got it back from them. On top of all of that i paid 100$ more than what they quoted me, and i paid it no questions asked and for me to be treated like this was unacceptable
