I've been bringing my Honda and my Kia here both have always been taken care of and haven't had a single complaint . They are detailed on what is needed and why or what can be held off . I told him I was going to pick up my car, he wanted to charge me for diagnostics, I asked him "if you did diagnostics can you tell me the problem?" he basically did not do anything. I picked up my car and found out that he took off the center cover from the front right wheel, took off the spindle nut, and put the nut back on to mess up the threading! this guy is a dirty mechanic!! Come to find out maybe two weeks later my car is making this weird clunking noise so I take it to my normal dealership to get service and they said that this place didn't put enough grease in the socket, I called 360 back and they said that that's not possible.
