With Jaime Tree Service, you get the complete opposite. Because this is a true family business owned and operated by a father and son, you are communicating directly with the people handling your project from start to finish. There is no middleman or disconnect; the person you talk to is the person doing the work. They don't just send out a random crew; the father and son are the ones in the trees themselves (bringing in additional help only when needed), which brings a level of accountability and pride you just don't find elsewhere. And don't let the incredible price fool you--their expertise is top-tier. They used to cut trees for the Austin Electric utility, so they know exactly what they are doing when it comes to safety and precision. They treated our live oaks with such care, trimming them back beautifully to keep them healthy. On the day of the service, they arrived right on time, worked incredibly hard, and left my yard looking cleaner than it was before they arrived! They raked up every leaf and hauled away all the debris perfectly. If you want honest, skilled, hard-working people at a fair price, look no further. He arrived exactly when he said he would and proceeded to take thorough pictures of not only the fallen branch but also branches that were growing over the roof and needed to be trimmed. He then gave me a thorough report of what he found at the building including photos, and proceeded to give fantastic pricing for trimming and clearing and hauling everything away.
