Unfortunately, once they finished they disappeared. The irrigation system they convinced me to put in is very poorly adjusted. At many of the spigots, the water sails over the new plants and instead waters my driveway and neighbors lawns. It's comical - they could not have done worse if they'd tried. I emailed 4 times and never got a response, asking them to adjust the spigots, or to at least send me the specialized tool and instructions (seems to be a high-end apparatus that does not match the instructions I find on line). Meanwhile I have dead plants, parting from the fact that planting was in the heat of the summer and mostly because their irrigation is insufficient (despite a $450. water bill!). I'm doubting that I will ever see them again, given that it's been months with no response. Very disappointed.

I pay Ryan's per mowing, so not mowing is not in their best interest. Our backyard, before we corrected certain drainage issues, would become soggy. I told Ryan's that I did not want our backyard mowed if it was too wet to mow. Ryan's crew did not mow when our backyard was wet. Finally, I also discussed with Ryan's concerns I had regarding brown areas in our backyard, and Ryan's told me that they had determined that, although they could treat the yard, they thought the issue was due to the fact that our irrigation system, which was broken, did not adequately water the area. Again, Ryan's best interest would have been to treat the area and charge me. Ryan's is scrupulously honest and customer focused.
