It wasn't. * Completed steps are uneven and slope * Concrete not raised and leveled as it was discussed to be * Edges curve and I now have less patio than before/ pergola no longer fits * Side of patio was not smoothed out * Ruts left allover in yard * Cigarette butts left in yard after every visit * Plywood left behind * Children were brought to work and install the patio with the 2 man crew * Crew invited neighbors walking down the street to see the jobsite while in progress * Chemicals were dumped in my yard where my children play Due to already taking off work multiple days that the concrete pour was supposed to happen but kept getting pushed back with very little communication, I was not able to be off AGAIN on the day it was being poured. Jerry assured he typically does jobs while homeowners were not home so this would not be an issue. When I called Jerry to make sure the crew understood what needed to be done, he didn't answer as he was busy at another job site. He only responded when I texted asking if there should have been children brought to the jobsite to which he responded that he didn't care how the job was done as long as it was done right. Once I saw on my ring camera that the crew was inviting a neighbor walking down the street with her young children, to come to my backyard to watch, I immediately had to leave work as I didn't feel comfortable with the trespassing and even more children being on an active jobsite. Jerry came back and inspected the work days later and acknowledgement what a poor job they did and how hard it is to find good help (again) yet changed his tone completely via text being careful not to admit to any faulty work. He takes zero responsibility and blames the poor workmanship and overall bad experience on everyone but his company. Jerry also tried to blame it on an issue discovered with the garage upon patio tear out. The issue with the garage is separate from the patio and it's being addressed by a different company and does not interfere with the patio at all. This patio is going to be a complete tear out and redo and Jerry is refusing to refund the half we have paid. The pictures speak for themselves.

Gerry kept me apprised as to the steps, first with the date the equipment will be delivered, and the work to start the next day. He also power-washed and resealed my back patio and my front porch. The driveway was completed in one day, on a Thursday, and they came back on Friday to pull out the 2 x 4's, clean up the dirt, etc. Gerry told me he would do my patios the following Monday. Again, they were here bright and early. They did great work! All of the jobs turned out really nice and we couldn't be happier. And the best thing of all is the guys he has working for him. EVERY SINGLE one of them is very personable, friendly, and eager to answer any questions you may have. They all had great personalities, and I truly enjoyed working with all of them. Adam and Lance did my patios. They were FANTASTIC! Gerry is very particular in the workmanship his team provides. The job was complete on Friday, and he came back by himself twice after it was completed, the second time being the following Tuesday, to check out all the work, and to ensure it was completed to his satisfaction. Also, I failed to mention, my patio and front porch were both sealed with a colored sealer. The sealer restored the original look of the patios, and they look brand new again. The clean up after the job was perfect. Where they had gotten dust and dirt in the street in front of my house, they hosed it all down. These guys know what they're doing, and are professional.
