He was apprehensive at first to do an outdoor shower for liability purposes, but still came to spec the job, which I really appreciated. He ended up taking the job and was exciting about the challenge and the design and went as far as doing research on how he could make the water valves safe from freezing in the winter. He just went above and beyond every step of the way. I really appreciated the complementary home inspection of all the plumbing inside and outside the house PRIOR to starting any work. That was so smart and so nice and it actually turned out to be a life saver for me when he found a pin hole leak in a pipe underneath my house that had been leaking for weeks! I just moved into a brand new house so I had the plumber under my warranty check it out but they couldn't figure it out. I called these guys and they said someone would come by and they never did. I ended up following up with my development plumber because Superior said they would charge me to come out. Then I got charged by my other plumber because they figured our what Superior Water did. The manager Louiea seemed to want to help me, however they kept saying they would come and after a few no shows they finally came and fixed the issue. I'm still left with a $250 bill and a sour taste in my mouth!

I had spoke with Ron about Installing a Bidet Toilet in our Bathroom…read more He claimed that he knew how to do it. He and his "Helper " tore out the Old Toilet, that was in good condition, we just needed to Upgrade, due to Medical Reasons. Ron and his "Helper " used a Reciprocating Saw to cut the Bolts, attaching the Toilet Tank, to the Toilet, which made the Toilet useless. That would have been okay, BUT about 15 minutes later, he comes out and said that he can't Install the Bidet! He was unable to tighten the one Bolt, that secures it to the Floor. The Installation Instructions were on the Sink, with stuff piled on top of them! Obviously he never looked at them, which became evident, when he claimed that I had bought the wrong size Hose. THEN, he found the Hose Adapter, which made him look even dumber than I already realized he was! We paid him the $150.00 "Service Fee " to avoid Drama, even though the Bidet was not Properly Installed. We are now having to pay a REAL PLUMBER in Meridian $150.00 to complete the Job! The Plumber in Meridian said that "IF the Plumber knew what he was doing, he would not have had a problem with Installing the Bidet!" Obviously A Steady Flow Plumbing, and Ron's "Business Ethics " seems to be "Fake It, Until You Make It!" I would not recommend him to anyone!!!!!

I did one of those slow motion "NOoooo"s and lunged but I was too slow. Just dumb, why did I put that there? So This morning - on a (Monday mind you) I called A Steady Flow at 9:42 AM. They returned my call one hour later and it is now 11:44 AM and they have showed up with smiles on their faces, unclogged my toilet and driven away leaving everything clean. Stellar! So call A Steady and I hope your issue gets fixed as quickly as mine did. Sigh, some days we win some (installing the gas line), some days we flush some. (money down the toilet, $110 because they replaced the wax ring and $20 for new mascara.)
