I've never seen a licensed electrician leave power cords with exposed openings hanging on the side of the building. Sue is great for trying to make the property's problem, your problem. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. My clients absolutely LOVED the property which is THE only reason we stayed. If you use this property, please please please, get a day of coordinator to handle the mess of Sue and Simon (Jake has been MIA for months)! Don't rely on them or you may end up with LED backyard lights!

We are confident since the company took responsibility we will be able to put the small things behind us in our future memories of our big day with the closure we received. It was a beautiful day on Clearwater Beach and we do have a lot to applaud Sun Coast Wedding for! I just wish it was perfect, but doesn't every bride? :) My advice: read your contract and make sure your original planner will be at your wedding! There were a few things I was promised and/or misunderstood with my original planner. Such as, Sun Coast is not your wedding "coordinators". They are your wedding "planners". Example: If you have things that need to be set up (like personal decor) they are not responsible for setting it up because it is not in the contract. In fact, our first interaction with Shannon was on a Friday night since that was the only time that our schedules allowed us to talk with her. Throughout the nine months that we worked with her to plan our wedding, Shannon always communicated with us when it was most convenient for us - including nights, weekends, and even holidays. Because we live in Tallahassee, FL - the location of our wedding - and Table 6 Productions is located in St Petersburg, FL, Shannon communicated with us by phone and email. Shannon worked with every vendor involved in our wedding, which included negotiating and securing contracts with them. Although Shannon was working outside of the area of our wedding venue, the planning process was seamless. Shannon listened to our ideas for our wedding, and she then turned our dreams into reality. In fact, all of our vendors and everyone involved in our wedding informed us how friendly Shannon was and what a pleasure she was to work with. Shannon's knowledge of the wedding industry, coupled with her attention to detail, allowed her to execute every aspect of planning our wedding with flawless precision and class. Her staffer was rarely seen, barely completed the "decor set up" as guests eagerly arrived and then after damaging my property, losing my property, they have gone radio silent after this morning post was removed. Why was it removed? There are vendors out here that screw up and/or do crappy work and people like me should be able to voice the truth about my interaction and people like me who spent their hard earned money on pin the tail on the donkey decorator should hold them accountable in front of their peers and customers, past present or future. I have disputed my charge for this so called planner, special moments event planner is their name. I posted tons of pics so I won't waste my time just yet BUT anyone can message me and I will be happy to forward the mess they have caused and the fraud in their services. There is no accountability. There is no customer service. There has still not been any communication about the issues outstanding with me and my new husband to the owners of this shop. Second, it is well worth the expense to have expert wedding planners like Tammy and Petra take away all the stress on your wedding day so you can enjoy every minute of it... cause it goes by quick! I didn't even know the cops showed up in response to a noise complaint, or that my dad was late getting to the ceremony to walk me down the aisle! We never ran out of anything, and all the vendors did what they were hired to do, so we didn't need to manage a thing. We could just enjoy our special day with our family and friends. Finally, whatever it costs to hire them, you will get every penny back through their excellent recommendations and vast inventory. They saved us thousands of dollars by recommending an amazing caterer at a per person cost that other vendors couldn't believe he was charging. And their vast amount of decor inventory for every taste saved us hundreds of dollars on new decor - plus who wants the brain damage of having to sell it all on Craigslist after the wedding? Petra is one of the hardest workers I know, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with the most important day of my life. She went out of her way to stay in touch with us, to get another quote or vendor, and to make sure every single detail was absolutely perfect. She provided her wisdom and recommendations which we really trusted because Jennifer is truly an expert in her field. When it all came together in the final presentation, I knew that it would be beautiful- but it was still hard for me to see the complete vision in my head.
