I had my windows cleaned today. They did a great job on the windows and I would have given them a 5 star except for one thing. I have brand new carpet upstairs and he dripped dirty water on it. He was just not careful with his equipment. When I mentioned it he just said sorry about that. Considering his experience I expected him to be more careful. If you are having your outside windows cleaned I would recommend him but not the inside. read more

Just had Affordable Window Cleaning out to clean our tall sliding doors. They were just in the area and were able to come by on 5 minutes notice! Our house is just on the market and the sliders were looking terrible. Wish I had called them sooner so I could enjoy the CLEAR VIEWS out of the sliders and see our backyard. If you are looking for quality work it will not be there. Brian called me because i used to be his client many years ago and years ago I stopped using this company because poor quality of work. Well nothing change. On the phone He told me I will pay fifty dollars for couple windows only for outside wash then he was complaining all 15 min that he is loosing money on this job. Bottom line he and his helper spend 15 minutes and got payed fifty dollars. It's not to bad 50 bucks for 50 minutes. Affordable? Leaving smears and spots on all windows! I've used Affordable Window Cleaning twice a year for about 10 years. Brian and his crew are efficient and do an excellent job. He always remembers to watch out for my cats, makes sure doors are kept shut, and screens put in firmly without my having to remind him. His prices are very reasonable and actually haven't changed much in 10 years, making his service quite a bargain. Just for the record, for those of us with really high ceilings with smoke detectors on the ceiling, for a very small fee (what I would've tipped them anyway!), his guys will change batteries for you. Hooray! I see someone panned Affordable (in rather fractured English). I can't imagine what their expectations were since I find the quality of his work is excellent...and I'm fussy. read more

This guy (Brian) was very rude. He got mad because I couldn't understand him on the phone when I was driving. Met him at my house and he was downright mean and unprofessional. Was going to charge me $75.00 more than my friends who have a house 1000 SF larger because I was a first time customer?!. He said he didn't have a good feeling and got in his truck and took off!!!!
