Communication with them was good, they called and even send a message through yelp if they couldn't get a hold of you. The technician that came to the house, Lee, was very nice and right away had booties on to keep the floors clean. I didn't even notice till he took them off to go to his van. Our sofa I can honestly say was not on the good side, so I was expecting just a quick clean. Spray a solution, wait for it to saturate, get agitated, then extracted, from what I seen other companies do. So that's what I thought the cleaning process was going to go with what I got quoted. Lee went above and beyond expectations and did a wonderful job cleaning the sofa. It did take him awhile which had me worried a bit, but he got some stains out that I did not think would come off since I tried washing some of the covers through the washer.
