This time around we had the full service. Interior, exterior, screens and tracks. Very professional and personable service. Mario and Ageo came and went right to work. Extremely careful with all our stained glass, got everything including the very dusty window sills on the high transoms that I am unable to access. It is amazing the difference of truly clean windows makes in the house, and it even smells cleaner. Mario and Ageo are a joy to work with, the service is worth every penny. I have used this company twice to clean my windows, and they are very timely, efficient, and do an excellent job. I get the inside and outside service along with vacuuming the window sills. I especially like that the workers put "booties" on their feet so they don't make our floors dirty. We have a 2,200-square-foot house with a lot of windows, and they were done in 90 minutes! I called Kevin earlier this week for a quote as our ground floor condo is filled with flood to ceiling windows and I had no idea how much it would cost. Kevin gave me a quote by looking at google maps (I pointed out which unit was ours on the street view) and we scheduled for later this week! (In the meantime, two friends who own stores in this building were looking for a window cleaner and I recommended Kevin, he ended up doing 3 of the stores and scheduled for monthly cleans! Father did 2nd floor Son did 1st floor Windows cleaned First floor - dirt in EVERY corner - windows and screens, not sure screens were taken off, 2 sliders - tracks were full of dirty water which means tracks did not get cleaned. 2nd floor - corners looked okay from the inside. Slider tracks were not full of dirty water, they were just dirty. Mom and dad your son is NOT suited for this job, only wants to be on his phone. WOW! I needed my windows cleaned before putting my house on the market. I decided to do this SUPER last minute. They were able to get a crew out the NEXT DAY!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!! From the initial contact with setting aside a date for window cleaning to the completion of the windows being cleaned all persons were professional in handling my request. The window cleaner arrived at the designated time with invoice in hand. All windows and screens were cleaned . No streaks were found on the windows completed and dust particles was washed from screens. This company sends a thank you card and will text future reminders months later. I always take note of of the attitude and appearance of a worker. He was cleanly dressed, well shaven, and had a pleasant smile. I felt secure in having him work on the outside windows.
