The other girl was going through inventory and pulled out a size large and said, L? It should be W for whale. They should be fired for this kind of behavior, ESPECIALLY in front of a customer who was shopping for a size large.

I called to bring to their attention the error. After debating me on the issue, the agent then changed the parameter of the letter making the "inactive time" now at 22 months instead of 36 months. They want me to purchase something just for the privilege of having their card. They would not correct the error in the initial letter then changed the parameters of said letter to suit their needs. Account now canceled. Quality has gone down anyway. just super annoying. would recommend this company.They will close like all the other big stores with this attitude.
