The booking system is pretty odd- its online but it doesn't actually show you what is available. It gives all times and days- and you put in a request and wait for the salon to text you that if that time slot is okay or not. If not, they try to offer other ones, but it can take up to 24 hours to hear back. They are also closed on specific days but it allows you to book still. I just want to know if I have an appointment right away, so this system isn't ideal. The salon has very cute decor, comfy couches and great color selection- featuring nontoxic polish (really appreciate that). The salon is very professional, but other things were a miss for me. They dont have any massage chairs- I think that is one of the best parts. The standard pedicure is done pretty quickly- with minimal soaking, scrubbing, etc. The leg massage is really short with the tiniest amount of lotion (they use amazon branded lotion). They don't remove dead dry skin off your heels really at all. When I got back, I noticed the blue tablet they put into the water for the pedicure dyed the bottom of my foot blue. It took awhile to scrub off- but also how did they not see my foot was blue?? I also noticed the smallest bit of nail polish missing at the top of one of my toes. It wasn't the end of the world, but compared to how many nail places are out there I probably wouldn't go back unless someone I was with really wanted to. Overall experience: 3/5

I usually dont speak up when i dont like something but i politely asked her to change the way the french tip looked as it was bulky on the end with minimal inside curve. she then made a high French tip but the inside curve was triangular. I asked her if she could change it a third time and explained that i waned it like the picture where they are more rounded. she proceeded to tell me the picture was airbrush and that someone cant do that by hand, even though my picture was from an social media post from a nail salon and very much so, not airbrushed. I told her four separate times they were crooked, they were too long and they are not the shape I asked for. She felt as though all of this was considered good quality service that was worthy of money. I then asked other techs to please provide me with fingernail clippers so I could cut them down. They would not provide me with that and instead another tech said he would fix it. I asked that he please file them down. The filing created more narrow nails and was filed so narrowly that he was filing the skin under my nails (see pictures). While he was fixing my nails, the tech who initially did my nails, confronted me then proceeded to complain about me the entire time (yes, the entirety of the time my nails were being re-filed). Gross customer service. I did still pay for the nails, as I felt it was the right thing to do. But no apologies and terrible, terrible experience. Please do not waste your money here. Please remember when you go somewhere for a service, you are allowed to request for the service to be quality. You are giving them money for the service, so they should deliver accordingly. That's okay to do. This entire situation was not ok. Do better.

Honestly the worst full set of acrylic nails & gel polish ever. I was in a hurry to get my nails…read moredone quickly before an event and just looked up the closest place to my office and didn't have time to read reviews. Big mistake. Each nail is super thick and she kept piling on the gel polish and a clear top coat. The nails are inconsistently shaped, some are even lumpy and as you can see from the photos the sides are not smooth or fully painted. The design I chose was too difficult for her so I simplified it for her and it looked just OK. Linda got gel polish on my finger and proceeded to use a nail file to file it off, hurting me and damaging my skin. I mentioned it to her and she said "I have to use the file to get the gel polish off your finger," and did it again! Ouch! I went immediately to dinner at my boss's home, and tried hide my hands as much as possible, it was so embarrassing. I made an appointment with my regular nail salon for this weekend to have this taken off and start from scratch. I was also surprised that she started my appointment and then mid-manicure, went over and worked on another woman. She did this twice while I sat there waiting for her. I won't be back.

I came in and she fixed the two nails plus put 2-3 more unnecessary layers of the dip on top of the existing nails making them look too thick and gaudy. Two days later the same thing happened... the nails popped off one by one. I lost my money, time and spent the holidays stressed out and embarrassed because nails kept popping off and I had to just take them off revealing my ruined nail beds underneath. I am an easygoing customer... I always give a business the benefit of the doubt... this woman should not be in business. I've never been more disrespected or scammed by a beauty professional.
