There are usually lots of clients getting manis or pedicures, and if you come with friends, you can usually sit together. I got exactly what I asked for, which was just a simple color, no designs. Wow, this place is basically a factory. I am coming from a one person nail tech salon suite type thing and this is the complete opposite. It's quite intimidating the first time, I think. So here's the skinny: come in and check in on the tablet. The chairs to wait in are to the right where all the polish colors are all over the table (I thought that was a party or something). They'll come get you when it's your appointment. The bathroom is in the back corner by the exit sign. I've avoided these types of places because it's hard to tell if the employees are treated and paid well. But this one is run like a well oiled machine. I got tired of my one-woman tech being slow and I ran out of things to talk to her about after all these years. It was like too much work. Here you can just sit in silence and they are done in a timely manner. I usually bring my own polish but I just picked one from their table. It's a little confusing what's what on the table but do your best lol. At the end,the tech gives you a ticket. I didn't know what to do with it or how to tip. There is a nail drying counter/fan but they don't tell you to go there so I didn't know. Next to it are foam sandals. I think you pay on the way out and tip there too. Went in for a manicure and pedicure. I signed in on the iPad and was greeted by the front desk staff. I waited about 5 minutes before being seated in the pedicure chair. My nail tech Toni was so sweet and did an amazing job on both my pedicure and manicure. It's probably one of the best ones I've had in a while. He carefully polished my nails and made sure they were free of any and all flaws. The inside is so spacious, they have a lot of nail techs, pedicure chairs and nail tables. A huge selection of gel polish, dip powder, and regular nail polish. There is only one nail tech that does Gel-X so if that's your thing, be sure to make an appointment. I will definitely be back and make this my go to nail spa as I've been looking for a new one! read more

Came here for the first time with my daughter. Holy cow, it's huge. There are so many pedi chairs and mani stations. It's crazy. It almost looks like a factory, there are so many. Having said that, every station is filled with customers, so they must be doing something right. The first time, I splurged and got the most expensive pedi. Stupid expensive but delightful. I felt that they rushed it a little, but no real complaint. I've gotten the pedi that's one level above the basic, which was really nice as well. The ladies all speak decent English and seem very nice. Haven't we all felt like they were talking about us in their native language, lol? I didn't feel that in the 2 times I was here. They do a terrific job. They've been very accommodating both times seating us together (the 2nd time, there were 4 of us). The place is very clean and runs super efficiently. It has a front desk that kinda keeps things moving. They have a bazillion different types of polish and colors; it's almost overwhelming. They have what looks like a private party room in the back of the salon for bridal parties or bigger groups. I appreciate the huge TV's everywhere playing HGTV. TD Nail Spa has become my "go to" nail salon. They have a convenient location, easy to find, and a large parking lot. Staff are very friendly and welcoming! They greet you as soon as you enter and get you checked in fast. They have tons of nail polish colors to select. Everything looks clean, modern and bright and they have a nice and comfy waiting area. I get pedicures and love that you can choose from several options and price ranges. They are luxurious and make you feel pampered as soon as you sit in the chair. They hand you a nice visual menu with all the services and you can even order a drink! There are SO many pedicure chairs and spots for nails and they stay pretty busy! I have always been happy with my pedicure and the nail tech also makes sure to check in with you throughout the service. A huge plus for me is that you can book your appointment online and you can choose a specific nail tech if there is someone you prefer. Each time I book an appointment, they have many times available which is another huge positive! Also, try to remember cash for a tip as cash is preferred. Another great visit at TD Nail Bar! I wanted to get a pedicure on a Sunday, I double checked their hours and they are open! I then tried to make an appointment online, but they weren't accepting them on the platform. I went in as a walk in, and they said they sometimes turn it off so they don't get super overbooked. They said they still have space for me, but it might be a quick wait. I said no problem and picked out my polish. I was in a chair in under 5 minutes. The technician was super kind and accommodating. He asked what kind of pedi I would like (they offer many) and I went with the basic this time. The pedicure itself took about 35 minutes, 10 minutes drying. Comfy massage chairs when you are getting a pedicure, great manicure/nail services, nice people, talented technicians. Although I have some favorites, I really haven't gotten anyone who didn't do a great job. Now that they have gone largely to online appts, it's harder to pick the person you want, but you can still be specific if you want to phone in. Fun part too, if you are part of a larger party like for a bridal party etc, there is a private room in the back you can reserve (with much advance notice) for a fun girl outing. I either love my nails or hate my nails when I come here. My most recent dip manicure was awful. The service was rushed, lazy, & I got cut multiple times. Instead of taking the time to pull all my hang nails and push my cuticles back, she drilled my cuticle until I was cut and bleeding. This place is just my favorite! I almost never wait. I have never once had a bad, or even subpar manicure. I don't ask for a specific technician because they are all excellent. Sometimes I'm offered water if I have to wait even ten minutes. I've had two people working on me at once for the sake of time (not because I asked but because they really care about getting your services done in a reasonable amount of time). Everyone is so friendly and personable. I have been to Beautiful Nails, Wild Nails, and Lucky Nails and this place is far superior. The inside is consistently very clean. There are televisions and music. Massage chairs for the pedicure stations. Lots of options for deluxe pedicures and the prices are very reasonable! TD Nails has the best rating from all the salons in this area, and honestly, they are top notch. From where I was sitting, I saw 14 manicure stations and 24 pedicure stations, plus walls of polish options. The service was AMAZING. Julie was my technician, and she did an amazing job. She was very kind and considerate about the temperatures of the water, hot towels and paraffin wax. I asked for the hydration pedicure and my legs and feet look amazing. It was well worth it for the cost. When I read the other reviews they mentioned how clean the salon was, and that still stands. The cleanliness is amazing. Been there a couple times in the last year, and this last visit was the final straw. Provided a pic and paid $60 for one manicure for it to not look anything like the inspiration. The French manicure I paid extra for is extremely uneven and slanted. Their color options are limited, so I couldn't even color match it to the photo. Plus felt rushed to make a decision. When I checked out, they also pointed to a sign next to the register pointing out that I had to pay an extra $2 for using a credit card on a $40 service which the sign said is charged if the minimum $2 is not met with a credit card.
