Jerry will tell you one price that is agreed upon and then when you go to pick up your items or vehicle it will be a different price than he quoted. He refused to give my items back because he changed the price after everything was finished and I refused to pay more than what was agreed to. I was more than willing to work with him on this issue but he refused. read more

Another shop (Caliber Collision on Sierra Highway) wrote the car off as a total loss, and double-charged myself and insurance for an unnecessary disassembly. Jerry helped me get reimbursed by insurance, and helped me get all my parts back from Caliber Collision. In addition, he repaired the damage for far less than Caliber's estimate, and did an amazing job! I will try to make this quick to read- they cut the price in half after multiple opinions in SCV- they had the parts that needed to be ordered there quickly and had a big job including framework done in 2 days! Also, other options out here don't have heavy steel pulling equipment like Jerry does, which actually retains the structural integrity better than the patchwork the others will use. I hardly ever write reviews but I am compelled to today- the gas flap/ door of my car broke and I was unable to close it. Its a new car so I took it to the dealer (Honda Valencia) thinking it would be under warranty who wanted to charge me close to $600 to fix it - they states needed new door and latch- took it to AFTER HOURS AUTO BODY and they fixed it within a few minutes- not needing to replace anything- not even wanting to charge anything.
