Auto World Collision Center did such an amazing job repairing my car. I was involved in a hit and run accident in December and reaching out to them was the best choice I made. They walked me through everything from the drop off, ordering the parts for my car, how much time it will take, and car rental. Craig and his team were upfront and honest the whole time and I was never left in the dark about what process is next. Everything was flawless and easy! This was very important to me too since I work, I never thought I would be involved in a car accident and I didn't want to wait forever to get my ride fixed. They scheduled my drop off for Jan. 28th and they already called Enterprise to pick me up. They kept me up to date on the status of my car and they were also accommodating to the fact that my insurance (mercury) only covers 30days. My car was complete within 2 1/2 weeks. Confession: I've been in multiple accidents. Some of them were my fault, others were not. Came in the morning to get an estimate. Called first and Jennifer said just come by. Brought it by and Jennifer was nice. Checked me in and said have a seat someone will be right with you. 5-6 minutes waiting and a guy name Den came out. Didn't even introduce himself. I had to call Jennifer when I left just to get his name. He wasn't pleasant at all pretty much like what do you want and OK bye. I would not go there at all. As someone who loves their car, I've always gone to the dealerships to maintain and repair thinking that was the best for the car despite the obnoxious price tag. That is not true. Please beware - I took my Tesla in for auto body repair after another individual raved about them fixing their Tesla. The repairs were completed subpar. The front bender was still protruding and for some reason part of my screen was faded. It was working perfectly fine when I dropped it off. I immediately emailed Dean to let him know of my concerns and he asked me to bring car back to check, which I did that Monday. Dean said that I would need to take the car in to Tesla to get the screened checked out and once I know what's wrong to schedule the car so they can fix the front bender. I myself took it to Tesla Service for the first service appointment to see what was going on. Well I had to get a new screen for $1600. Tesla never seen this problem. My assumption is that someone put force on LCD and damaged part of screen. In the meantime I've been emailing Dean and owner, Maurice Starantino back and forth. They tried researching and blaming on a recall, but it did not affect my model and Tesla would've known if there was a recall. Maurice said he would call me back and Ive been waiting for 2 weeks and have never received a call back. They claimed that they wouldn't have touched the screen, but a week prior to me picking up car, Dean, the estimator called me on a Friday to pick up car and then called immediately to hold off because the screen was black and they would check it out on Monday. They called me on a Monday and said it was all fixed. I didn't pick up the car until that Friday since I was out of town, but believe the technician may have damaged the screen somehow. Very annoyed and This auto body is not Tesla certified. read more

Great place to bring your vehicle for all your collision repairs! I found them after I was extremely disappointed with the "service" that was provided at Gerber Collision and Glass. I had to ask for my deductible refund and contact my insurance to send me recommendations for other places. The staff at Auto World Collision Center is fantastic! Timely communications and repairs. Solid work! My car looks better than it was when I bought it. They covered Uber to take me back home to Castaic and then back to the shop to pick up my car. Please read my review before taking your car here. I have a 2021 Audi E tron with front passenger damage. The insurance company gave me a list of their auto body repair companies and I Yelped all of them and ended up at Auto World because my 1st. Pick was too busy. I talked to Craig Rubin and he said 2 weeks I left the car on 12/14/23 and picked up my rental car. It's 1/12/24 and I have to return my rental because my insurance only covers 30 days, I talk with Craig and he says that they're waiting on parts and then I find out that the part they need, Audi will not sell to them because they are not an authorized repair shop. Now my car has to go to an authorized repair shop to get the part put on and then it goes back to Auto World for the rest of the parts to go on. I asked Craig to talk to the owner or manager to get me a rental car and he tells me he texted him but no answer. (Never called back) So I made the mistake of not asking the right questions because they were not going to tell me they weren't an authorized repair shop, so ask them because I would have picked a different shop. Also I had to complain to my insurance company about them and Auto World offered $200 towards gas money. Weeks go by and now it's 1/26/24 and Craig says it's ready @4:00pm. I get dropped off and I go over the work and look at all the body lines and paint and here's where more s come off, I get to the hood where the front bumper meet and there's a gap I can stick my fingers in. I've been detailing this car for years and I know it's supposed to be about a 1/4" so I refused the car. I ask for the manager and he's not there (shocker!) Craig says they need to see another Audi to see what the lines are supposed to be. I guess that's why you need to get authorized by Audi. They gave me a rental car for the weekend. Monday they sent a guy over to the dealership to take pictures and Craig sends me pictures of the lines and says my cars ready. I go to the dealership and take pictures for comparison of my car and it's still not right and I refused it again. They put a call into the rental company to have me return the car. I asked to speak to the owner but he's not around and he's never returned my calls. My insurance company said to pick my up car so I wouldn't get charged for the rental and they would elevate my claim so I can take it to another shop to fix their screw up. So buyer beware, ask questions and don't assume your insurance company is sending you to an authorized repair shop for your car. I hope this helps you avoid shops like this one. read more

I would give a one but since they detailed my car and washed it ill up the star. Let me start with my car having water damage. My insurance randomly picked this place and Craig worked on my car. I had to call many times to get updates on the car. I already told Craig the reason due to water damage was the rain which was odd. Its a 2016 scion and was worse in the back if you were to press your hand down on the carpet a puddle of water would come up. It had a bad smell and foggy because of the wetness inside and the ceiling was a bit damp. So of course I trusted this place to find the problem. So I waited a week only to get a phone call saying they could not find the problem. I would say this was my fault for letting myself pay my deductible because if this problem is not fixed it will happen again. And yes, it happened again when it rained. So now my brain clicked thinking if my carpets are wet, eventually mold will form. It doesn't matter if they dry the carpet, long term this becomes a issue because the place I took it to told me I would have sued them if my carpets were not replaced. DO NOT go here. I took my place to L & J Auto Body Repair where John told me nothing but the truth about my car. He found the problem within TWO DAYS. The problem came from my trunk and thats how water leaked through. He told me he understands why they ( Auto world) did not want to fixed the issue because they did not want to be held responsible for anything going wrong. I will forever be grateful for L& J Body Repair because John replaced my carpets and my back seat because apparently the back seat was wet so mold would eventually grow. Wow... very disappointed with Auto World Collision Center. Will not ever go here. read more

Whoa ... You Don't Expect THAT! Recently at a fast-food curbside pickup, another person backed into me & put a dent in my car. Their Insurance was Geico. They worked with several shops near where I live, so I "ok'd" Auto World Collision Center. It took a week for them to get the parts and have my car back to me. Wow they did a great job! They wanted to make sure the car wasn't just cosmetically done, but that the underlying body work was exceptional. The part I didn't expect is that when I picked up my car it was clean, clean, clean!. Not just the new bumper, but it was vacuumed, & all the windows were cleaned. Woo-hoo! I have had the misfortune of having minor auto body repairs on both my Nissan Pathfinder and Juke. I've used Auto World a few times in the past and was always happy. This time, I had a minor rear end damage to my fairly new Juke. Tiffany at the front desk is very friendly and helpful and the service/estimator gentleman Dean was extremely professional and courteous. I had to come back for a minor issue and they were very accommodating and got me back on the road in a flash. I had left my sunglasses in the rental car that I dropped off on the first visit and they were kind enough to hold them for me to pick them up. I do wish they had slightly longer hours for pick up since most people here in the Santa Clarita Valley need to work outside the city limits. But, the same goes for where I work. If you are the best, you can work those choice hours! All in all, I hope to not have any more fender benders But if I do, I will definitely come back here. read more

Most recently I was rear ended and had about $13,000 worth of damage to my 2017 Subaru Forrester. These guys took it on and repaired it back to brand new in about 2 1/2 months. Everything was very easy and Randy in the front office is very informative and responsive. I also brought my Forrester back to them three months after it was all fixed because the alignment seemed off and there was a sensor error. They immediately checked it out and even made sure my alignment was re-done all at no additional cost. I highly recommend them for your auto work. read more

This place is an absolute joke! They did a Mickey Mouse job on my car! My 8 year old daughter could've done a better job repairing my car. While parked on Ventura Blvd a woman was trying to parallel park and hit the side of my car. I went through the woman's insurance to fix my car, which was Geico. They were the ones who referred me to take my car here. I have a brand new 2019 Mercedes C300. I was already very skeptical taking my car here. Not a lot of places know how to handle these cars. Autoworld was no different. As soon as I showed up and started talking to the girl helping me I started getting the sense I might have an issue. Something told me not to trust this place, but I reluctantly gave in because everyone was nice and friendly. I learned just because a place is nice and helpful doesn't mean they know what they're doing, or that they will even do a good job. The problems started the night I picked up my car. When I noticed my illuminated logo on the front of my car wouldn't light up. So I have to take more of my time to take it back to get fixed. I also had to wait 3 days over the weekend to even take it in. When I did they informed me the guy simply didn't plug in the light all the way. Hmmm.... what else did they forget to plug in all the way? Now, a week or so after getting my car back I realize, I CAN STILL SEE THE DAMAGE!!!! This place had my car for 3 whole days and they still couldn't cover everything up? Really?!? If an auto shop is going to "guarantee" their work, they should make sure everything is done right and in working order before even calling the owner to let them know the car is ready! This was an absolute Mickey Mouse job! Do not bring your car here to get fixed! I will be taking my car somewhere else to get fixed correctly. I've been waiting to take a long trip to my former home in Northern California to test out the work that Auto World performed on my fairly new and rare 2017 TRD Pro Tacoma. Two days after arriving in Valencia I was run into by a reckless driver who was avoiding a police officer who was going in the opposite direction. The driver that hit me took out the whole front quarter panel of my truck, including rim and tire. This truck was my pride and joy, I waited 9 months to get this truck and in just a few seconds in my mind the truck was what I would considered completely totaled. Fortunately I was referred to Auto World Collision Center, the service I received from Keith who was my go to guy that called me periodically to give me a status and the magic mechanics/auto body that put the truck back together was amazing. This business is incredibly out of touch with the term "customer service". From the receptionist to the men assigned to provide estimates. I'm completely comfortable with information that isn't to my preference but deliver that information in a manner that is professional that's all I ask. I found three other shops that were above and beyond better and I'm grateful but I strongly suggest that people steer clear of this location. They did a great job on the repairs to my AMG... besides the rear lift gate shocks/supports. They gave the car back to me with an almost inoperable lift gate that makes noises. Took it into Mercedes and they recognized the issue immediately but were unable to fix as the parts were on backorder. Ended up having to source the parts electronically and have an independent service shop install them. Pain in the ass. Shouldn't have let Progressive recommend them and stuck to the dealer or someone who cares. They treated a $120k truck like it was a $10k car and let Progressive influence their process. You can tell they're good at what they do, but they didn't do it completely. At least not for me. read more

TOP NOTCH SERVICE! I banged the front end of my Kia into a bush and it pushed my lower grill out of the plastic snaps that attach it to the bumper. I couldn't get it back in so I cruised to Auto World expecting like in many auto body situations that it would cost me an arm and a leg for a fairly simple fix. NOPE. The owners son personally came over and without hesitating jumped down and started maneuvering to get the whole thing snapped back in place. No Charge. I don't review much outside restaurants, but Auto World deserves to be recognized. Richard at Auto World is a pleasure to work with. He's friendly and knows auto body work well enough that you can tell from the confidence in his voice. Richard worked on my last car after an accident back in October 2017. He and his team were quick to get quotes, communicate with the insurance adjusters, and keep me up to date on the status of my car. No surprises when I picked up my car, everything looked better than when I turned it in. It was this experiment that led me to returning to Auto World... Recently I had a small amount of damage done to my Corvette. Right away I knew that I wanted Richard to take a look at it first and provide a quote. He offered one before even knowing whether he would get the job or not. He clarified that the insurance quote was inadequate and assured me he would fix the damage and he would do it the using a better method than the insurance was offering. Richard, handled requesting supplemental coverage from the insurance. He sent out quotes within hours of dropping off my car. He even finished the job a day ahead of time. Well it happens sometimes right? Your driving down the road and an ambulance crosses your path. Then you press on the brakes to let the ambulance pass. After the ambulance passes, you let your foot off the brake and... BAAAAAM! Someone behind you wasn't even paying attention to what was going on in the big gigantic glass windshield they were sitting behind and uses your car to stop their car instead of using their brakes. This is what lead me to writing this review on Auto World. Auto World was very accommodating and understanding of the situation. They looked over the vehicle and on first glance they said the vehicle was hit soooo hard it will most likely be totaled. TOTALED?!?! AGGHHHH! So they were pretty quick about stripping the car down to perform an in depth inspection of the damage and sure enough it was totaled. They were very upfront and thorough. They showed me the critical areas that were damaged to validate their findings. The process was straight forward with little delay. I didn't get to use their actual auto body repair service but if in the future I need repair, I'll consider them. Hopefully I won't need them in the future. read more
