I was very impressed by the professional and friendly attitudes of both Al and Don. They even moved a console piano (extra fee, but I knew that in advance) and were very careful with it. No damage happened to any furniture; everything was thickly wrapped in heavy moving blankets and was well packed. They also moved a bedroom set and put it in the garage so it was easier for a charitable organization to pick up later, and carried smaller furniture pieces from the basement to the garage for the same reason. The movers maneuvered a tricky second floor staircase at the first residence and successfully carried down a complete bedroom set with nary a scratch.
