I reached out to Jason to test and remove mold in a home I was trying to purchase. He confirmed that he was licensed to test mold with my realtor and broker on the phone. I should Have known he was not legit when the receipt and estimate he handed me was not for mold testing but for carpet cleaning. My bank questioned if he was licensed. When I asked him to provide the info to the bank he replied that he was not actually licensed to test mold. I asked him for my money back. No reply. I left a 1 star review and he called me to yell at me and cuss me out. I have a pending claim with better business bureau. 1/10/19: We have a carpeted basement room with prior pet waste damage and some water infiltration. Jason and his assistant knocked out the work efficiently and professionally using high quality equipment. The results were great. Jason is flexible about quoting to meet your needs. I hired him again to clean our hvac ducts. 1/16/19: Jason came back and cleaned our dusty ducts. We have a former duplex with two separate hvac systems, and he gave us a package price along with UV sanitizer lights. Again, fast, efficient, and professional. By the way, after posting this review I saw a couple of older negative reviews. I found Jason through A's List, which has overwhelmingly positive reviews going back at least a couple of years. My husband and I had a similar experience to Nicole. Jason was running late, and was asked to call my husband's number instead of mine for any details on the appointment. He called me three times, didn't leave a message. When my husband called to follow up with him, he became irate, called him an f&#$ing jag off, and hung up. Customer service is not a specialty here. Bought two Groupons, called to schedule appointment. Jason (who I assume is the owner) returned my call, and when I told him I had two Groupons, he said that I couldn't use them together. I remembered that it had said you could buy two (though it does say that only one per visit can be used), so I said that if I wasn't able to use my Groupons I would call Groupon to see about a refund. He insisted he would never allow the use of two Groupons at once, because he makes NO money off of Groupon (they take 50%, you know). He told me about his $15k truck-mounted system. I again said I would call Groupon to see if they would give me a refund, because I couldn't afford to pay full price to get my carpeting cleaned. He started to talk again, but I intended to end the conversation, so I interrupted him. That's when he said, "Listen you dumb c*^& faced b!*#$..." and hung up on me. My boyfriend called him, obviously angry about the conversation, asked why Jason called me that, and Jason replied that I was rude for interrupting him, and that I needed to learn some manners. That he has so many Groupon customers it doesn't matter if he loses my business. He can treat his customers any way he pleases. I'm just glad this happened BEFORE I let this man into my home. He was kind and honest about what could be done with our worn carpet as we have two young children, and he proceeded to work his butt off! We had Jason and his crew at our house this week to clean roughly 800 sq ft of carpet that had NEVER been cleaned before. Not only did Jason sanitize the carpet for free (a big deal in the basement, and not part of what we'd paid for) he also did a MAGNIFICENT job on the stairs and traffic areas. The carpet looks new! He was on time, courteous, professional and FAST! They were in and out in half an hour. I won't be waiting 5 more years to clean the carpet again, and I know just who to call when I need it! Jason called several times to say he would be late...kept apologizing. Was over 3 hours late, apologized. Worked on doing the whole house for 1 1/2 hours. He was very congenial but I don't think they cleaned well up to the walls, doors or under anything. We had everything picked up and nothing under the beds but it doesn't appear clean in those spots. His helper asked to have a candy bar on the counter, which my husband said he could have but the next morning the wrapper was on the lawn. Also, on the lawn and on the driveway was all the waste from cleaning...huge clumps of it. Water was dumped in the middle of the driveway which then formed ice and was very slippery. Good thing I didn't walk there!!! A 3 inch gouge in dry wall, the helper swung the hoses around haphazardly. He said the protectant was put on the whole house but I am not positive that happened. The carpets are pretty clean in most areas. Bedrooms are very small with a lot of furniture so not a lot of floor space to be cleaned and the bill was $410. Our whole house is only 1700 sq. I bought a Groupon for carpet cleaning from Cream City Carpet cleaning and scheduled an appointment with Jason, the owner. His business is located in Cudahy area where we live and I try to patronize local companies to keep them there. Jason has truck mounted equipment and personally cleans and deodorizes your carpet. He sucks out all excess water so the carpet is dry within hours, not days. My puppy had hid under the bed and had an accident, When we took down the bed this past weekend to replace it, we called Jason hoping to get him back to see what could be done. He came the same day we called and took care of it! Now that is impressive service! We will definitely use Cream City Carpet Cleaners for our regular bi-annual cleanings in the future! From the time he walked in the door he seemed to be focused on up-selling for every little thing. Too bad he was not as focused on getting our carpet clean. He said it was necessary to spot clean the pet stains so we agreed to pay the extra money. The spot cleaning he did worked too well and the cleaning he did on the rest of the carpet was not very effective at all. When he got done we could see the spots he had made with the spot cleaner. He said that after it dried it would not be noticeable. When it dried those spots were actually even more noticeable than when wet. When we called to tell him of the problem he was unreceptive, rude and refused to do anything about it. Yesterday (three days later) we had another carpet cleaner come to fix the problem. They re-cleaned the entire carpet and got it MUCH cleaner. They showed us the water that they sucked up when done and it was filthy. Now those spots he made are just barely noticeable. read more

I found Jason and Cream City after doing lots of research for having our air ducts cleaned. I've heard lots of stories from friends and family about people coming in and leaving a mess when they are done. Not at all is that the experience I had with Cream City. Jason was knowledgable and answered all my questions I had about the job he was coming in to do. From the minute that he got to our home he was respectful and professional. The guys did a wonderful job cleaning the ducts and also sanitized and cleaned our dryer vent while they were here. The price he quoted me over the phone was actually higher than what he charged me but I was ready to pay the full price based on the equipment and work done. High quality. Highly recommend. After writing a couple reviews (and reading) I would recommend checking out Angie's List for more recent reviews on this company. I don't think the older ones on here are a very good representation of the business that I used today. I will definitely keep them in mind for other services in the future. read more

Jason did an amazing job on the carpet in my business and condo. First of all, he is extremely knowledgeable about the different types of carpeting and he was able to tell me that my place of business has olefin carpet, which requires special cleaning products. In the past, other companies could never get the carpet very clean. Also, my condo is located at the back of a large building complex, completely inaccessible from the main road. Jason was able to back his truck onto the sidewalk and run hoses to my condo so he could use his truck mounted machine. He didn't even leave a mark on the sidewalk. His machine has 17 lbs of suction power to it and made the carpet look brand new. Later that day, my friend who suffers from cat allergies came over. I have 2 cats and usually he is miserable but he felt fine after the carpets were cleaned. The machine sucked up all the cat hair and dander that the vacuum cleaner could not. The carpet dried within a few hours. His prices are very reasonable as well, considering the quality of his services. I would highly recommend his company. read more
