Beds, sheets were pretty comfortable. I'm guessing 40" TV on the wall with cable if you like to nod off with some background noise. (+) For both of my appointments, Kat was the technician. She was simply outstanding! She was incredibly friendly, patient and understanding. I greatly appreciate her help and assistance. (-) the only real gripe I have with this whole thing is the fact that I had to push a button to call Kat into the room to unhook all my wires and gadgets just to go to the bathroom. This was quite uncomfortable and I hated having to do it. Other than that, Kat made every effort to make the whole process as comfortable as possible. If I need to do another sleep test in the future, I would not hesitate to return here. 4 solid stars. Yay! I'm a fan.

The staff is also great and well organized, they pick up the phone quickly and also call back promptly which is rare for most health care offices I've dealt with. This is inconvenient and not very patient-friendly, especially when many providers now offer accurate, modern home-based options. The location I went to is not one of the two listed and is basically just an office in a commercial office space on Arroyo Crossing. I didn't have to do a full sleep study at any location, I just received machinery to do an at home sleep study. I'm not going to lie, I was a bit confused when I was looking for the office. The address says Suite 220, but when you look at the directory in the building, there is no Nevada Sleep Diagnostics, it just says Regus. When you get to the door, it's locked and there are a few pieces of paper taped to it with instructions. Luckily, the Nevada Sleep one is closest to my eye level and had clear directions about what extension to call. My appt was supposed to be at 230pm but I'm a crazy person about punctuality so I was there at around 210. Austin was the person helping me and he answered right away and was able to bring me back immediately. Austin was fantastic and really did a great job explaining to me how the machine works and what to do. I didn't really have any questions at the end because he was so thorough. I couldn't have been in the room for more than 10 min but I left feeling like I fully understood. The only thing I would suggest is better tape for the packet. None of the tape adhered to me at all for either night but thankfully the wires mostly stayed on without me having to wake up and fix it all night.
