I found that my hair grows and looks better with this. However, it's a separate certification, and most people don't have it. A google, yelp and deva curl search lead me here. A nice quaint spot, which you can't see of the main road, so drive slow when looking for the sign that directs you behind a building. It right after the Mexican restaurant.
