Let me start by stating that I would recommend AG Drywall Repair Services without any reservations. Audencio was fast and professional. He treated me like were friends. I text him to come look at a possible leak inside the wall. I did not know where there was a leak or if there was an actual leak. He called me within 10 minutes and scheduled to come take a look that same day! He explained that I had a slab leak and needed to contact a plumber. He was able to identify exactly where there may be a crack pipe. I contacted a plumber ASAP. Audencio stopped by later that day, on his way home to make sure everything was ok. After discussing the matter with the plumber, he told the plumbing that he would come over the following day, as soon as the leak was resolved. They agreed on an estimated time it would be ready for the wall to be fixed. You see, the water heater could not be re-connected until the hole in the wall was fixed. I would not have hot water until the tank was connected. Audencio did not have to take all of that into consideration. As promised, he returned the following day and within minutes had the wall fixed enough for the water tank to be connected AND he gave me a discount because the work wasn't as much as the estimated price was for! He suggested I call my homeowner's insurance to file a claim because it was a slab leak and there were lots of damage caused from it. He even spoke to them to explain what I could not explain. I never heard of slab leak before therefore, I did not understand it enough to submit a proper claim. In other words, I will differently keep AG Drywall Repair Services in my contact list. I am so happy with AG Drywall repair. I had three holes in my wall from where a plumber decided to just cut in my wall to find a leak problem I had, not only did plumber not find the leak but he caused more damaged. He cut holes into my a/c vacuum system and left without repairing. AG drywall not only repaired the problems that the plumber caused but my drywall looks great. Their service was fast and they were so courteous. Not expensive. They did a great job and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs drywall repair. read more

May 2017 - Audencio and his team were professional, fast and very pleasant to work with! Their prices were very reasonable and they provided everything they said they would. I had drywall added to 3 remodeled rooms and a very large ceiling re-skimmed. They explained the equipment they were using and the quality of the finishes we were asking for. They taped and protected various surfaces and they cleaned up on their way out the door (dust was left, but that is to be expected with drywall work) If I need drywall services in the future, I will call AG Drywall. read more

Absolutely unprofessional. I advised them I needed a 30 minute warning so i could get to the house as I live 30ish minutes away. They texted at 1:08 that they would be there in 30 minutes. I got caught and arrived at exactly 1:46, 8 minutes later than the 30, I would have apologized had I been given the chance. Upon arrival the lady asked if I was the one opening the house for them and I said yes. She said I needed to reschedule because they had been sitting there for 20 minutes and were moving on to the next call. I said I was told 30 minutes, I'm only 8 minutes late. She said I needed to take it up with her dad who I assumed to be the owner. I called the owner and he confirmed they were moving on, never acknowledging that he had texted the 30 minutes warning to me, just said they waited too long and were moving on. When I said I was only 8 minutes late and never received a call that they would have to move along, he said sorry, hope you find someone to fix it. I cussed at that point and said this is f###ing ridiculous and hung up. For the cussing I apologize, but for the sake of your sanity and your homes well being, STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! read more

I recommend to never use this company. The owner, Audencio, messed up on one small wall which is a small area of the bulk of the work that his workers have done at my house. His workers left my house without anyone checking over their work, and I had already paid Audencio because I had to go to work when his workers started. After his crew had left, we realized the error and called Audencio to fix the problem. Then he came and my general contractor and him had a big confrontation arguing over whose faults. Then I stepped in to say AG Drywall Repair's contract with me has three walls, and Audencio's workers only made one slanted wall and that slanted wall is not correct. Then Audencio pointed out my contract with him has three walls, 3", 16", and 26". Since he only gave me one 26" wall that is slanted (instead of a total of three walls), he will add on the other two walls which I already paid for but will charge me because the walls I want is 3" and not 16" as in the contract. Go figure! You thought he would be happy that the size of the wall is smaller than what's in the contract. Then he made more excuses by saying that the 3" wall in the contract is for the front wall and not the back wall. That was just an excuse because on paper, it never said 3" wall was for front or back....Needless to say, this owner would never repair any problems and only want to charge you if there are problems by making all kinds of excuses why problems are not his fault. What kind of customer service is this? If you have a service or retail of any sort, you will take care of problems if the work was not done to customer specifications especially when it is so small and takes very little of AG Drywall Repair Services time. Instead, the owner at AG Drywall Repair Services irates every one, and we all have spent hours arguing over whose faults when it would take him 15 min to repair the problem. I am a very reasonable person and always treat people with kindness and go out of my way to work with every one that I come in contact with. I have never been so mad in my life to have to complain about a company when they cannot treat their customers well. It takes more time to argue over whose fault than repairing a small problem (my general contractor felt it was totally Audencio's fault for not checking with him prior to the work and at the end). I hope the owner, Audencio, will learn from this mistake so that we don't brag more bad things about him. So don't use AG Drywall Repair Services unless Audencio has changed his attitude and the way he treats his customers. read more
